  1. They have parking onsite at the pier or if you are staying the prior night at a hotel several of them offer "Park and Sail" packages.  We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza under the Park and Sail and it saved us about $20 vs parking at the pier.  Either works fairly simply. Enjoy your cruise!

  2. I wasn't able to find a past thread on this for Princess Cruises.  Can you share your experience when choosing a Guarantee Balcony with Princess Cruises.  I have never done this before but the price is significantly lower.  Would like to know the full spectrum of what we could end up with, i.e., Obstructed, Mini Suite, etc. and how it worked out for you. Good or Bad.

    Thanks so much!

  3. We have been on many NCL cruises but our last one was on Princess Cruises. We found a lounge that would give you a bowl of a variety of olives when you would order drinks. Nice touch! I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if there are things you can ask for like this in any of the Bar/Lounges on NCL Jewel that one might not know. Thanks in advance.

  4. I have some LED Candles I want to take on my cruise that look like real candles. Is it better to take them in my carry on rather than pack them in case they xray baggage and think they are real? Don't want to end up in naughty room. Can anyone that has taken LED Candles on a cruise let me know their experience, if any?

  5. You don't say what the island portion of the excursion is? I have been to Ambergris Caye & Caye Caulker on several occasions. Have done Shark Ray Alley many times and LOVE IT! There are Sharks, Manta Ray's and lots of fish. It is an amazing experience! If you have an option of going to Ambergris Caye you will definitely return there one day! ENJOY!

  6. My husband and I aren't looking to do much at the ports on our upcoming Mexican Riviera cruise early December. Thought we would look for recommendations to places close to the ports that have Great Guacamole & Chips, Beer & Bloody Marys! Something easily accessible from the ship in both Puerto Vallarta & Mazatlan. Thanks for any recommendations.
