On the Eclipse they now charge for helipad on the sail away day and it ain’t cheap.

Did you price the MC Suite (Magic Carpet Suite)? We have booked 4 of them and have 2 more booked! Better price than an S2 and all the same amenities with a bigger balcony (2 loungers, 2 chairs and a table!

I have have been able to request pizza crispy on several of the ships. They have all been excellent. Just wish they had more selection of toppings on a daily basis.

She didn’t order for me. Not sure how they picked a pretty good meal out. Although it was pretty much what we ordered from room service on our 1st morning at the start. Maybe they used that order as history?
I also called them and had a fruit plate and a double cappuccino delivered.
You can order anything from any menu you’d like. We learned that early in the cruise…….not just for quarantine. I ordered main dining food last night off the menu in the app.
Get you some good food!
Now I am waiting for lunch. They told me 45 minutes when I got through @11:10. It is now over an hour past the 45 minutes!

Perhaps your wife arranged it. I have gotten nothing even close to this. I was give no information about what was available to order except to say, see the menu on the TV.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is certainly a memorable way to ring in the new year.
Hope...
-you feel better soon
-your wife remains negative
-your car ride home is uneventful
You mention that they are bringing room service, drinks, and your luggage etc. Are they medically checking in with you and the others around you on a regular basis? I am wondering what type of medical data they are collecting and reporting.
I am in isolation as well (6299) and I have heard nothing since they left me here at 11:45 pm on 12/30. I called about luggage tags today (1/2) and was told someone would be contacting me.

I am also in isolation on the Equinox. My husband was also tested and he was negative. I had a slight cough and nothing else. I have been here since late on 1/30. There must be a lot of people using room service as it takes forever to get through. I also have a balcony room. We did wear masks unless we were eating or drinking. I am hoping I get more information regarding disembarkation tomorrow. Luckily we also drove but we were supposed to transfer to the Apex for another 12 days of cruising, but I canceled those cruises yesterday.

We just ordered luggage tags for our 9/16 cruise. We have not been able to get a check in time as of yet. Hopefully soon.

The Dover sole is a table side treat. Not to be missed. The dessert crepes are the best.

We used the valet parking in 9/18. It was great. Only way to go.

Disappointed that B2B from St. Maarten is not allowed. I did not read that anywhere regarding these cruises. Booked online with no problem and spoke with a rep about getting the same room for both cruises as the room we wanted for both legs became available after I booked. Again, no mention of no B2B! Transferred my bookings to our TA and he could not transfer them as a B2B. Cancelled the 2nd leg and expressed my displeasure at the lack of information!

We receive OBC from our TA and have always been able to receive cash on the day before we leave the ship if we have not used the OBC. We use this cash to augment our gratuities to staff. The Celebrity OBC is non refundable.

Pictures below from our butler on Equinox in a Sky Suite (March 2019). He learned from the butler we had on the first week that my husband had a birthday coming up. This was the spread he created for us and our traveling companions! He was always asking what he could do for us. All we asked was for ice twice a day!

The outstanding personal services provided by the suite staff including the butlers and Michael’s Club concierges.

We just upgraded on our 12/22/18 sailing on Equinox. We had a SV cabin and the price for an aft facing Concierge cabin was quite a bit less. We called our TA, they contacted Celebrity and they gave us the upgrade!

Posted today from an Infinity cruiser:
On Infinity at the moment. Just arrived in Cartagena. We have had an outbreak of novo virus on board. It seemed they had it under control but apparently not, despite massive efforts to sanitise. Last night they stopped icing the martini bar. Sure sign they are getting even more serious. I imagine those boarding at Fort Lauderdale will get further information but pack plenty of disinfectant wipes/sprays etc- especially those with suppressed immune systems. Staff are working so many extra hours on sanitation. As if they don’t already work crazy amounts!

Then if you would just copy/paste the text of the post, that would be appreciated.
A picture really isn't necessary.
I am doing this on a tablet and cannot copy and paste from the FB post. I also saw a screenshot from a gentleman who is going on the Infinity on the Westbound PC cruise next week. They have been advised to arrive for an afternoon boarding due to cleaning of the ship because a small percentage of guests suffered from gastrointestinal illness. I do not make this information up:cool:

Here is the picture of the post:
That didn’t work!

Really?
Is it a private post---as I don't see anything about this on the public posts on FB...the last major outbreak post is dated 2015
The post was in a Royal Caribbean group on FB since she had booked the trip on a Royal ship. I checked with the poster and she replied she is currently on the Infinity. She also added the schedule said “if you are feeling ill, don’t come to the medical facility. Stay in your room and call. The staff is spraying everywhere. “ I will try and post a photo of her post.

We saw on a FB post today that there is an outbreak of norovirus on this sailing. We were supposed to be on this sailing but had to cancel due to health issues, fortunately we always have insurance. We were on the Century in 2007 with the same issue:(. Not fun!

My husband and I each just received the same e-mail. All we did was to complete the e-mail surveys.

We will sail into Port Canaveral @ 10 AM on 11/29. Our stay will be until 10 PM. My sister plans to drive in from Casselberry and then take us to her place. Is there a convenient place for us to meet?

On the Connie now for a six day holiday cruise. Do not fret, the ship is in good shape- not new but definitely well cared for.The food is not what it used to be however we are not going hungry. Upcharge lunch in Tucson on sea days is pretty decent and well attended. My husband had a filet and said it was good.We have a sunset veranda which has a very large balcony. The room is in good shape an a/c is great.
