  2. Need some help please Due to go on 26th Feb Seven Shores & Paradise Islands. There are 4 of us going but my friend slipped on ice on Monday & has broken her leg. We think that she will be OK to fly but will probably need wheelchair as wont be able to walk very far with a 'moonboot' on

We are due to call at St Georges Granada, Roseau Dominica, Fort de France Martinique, Pointe a Pitre Guadeloupe, Kingston St Vincent, Castries St Lucia, Bridgetown Barbados, Bequia St Vincent,St Johns Antigua, Phillipsburg St Maarten, Baseterre St Kitts& Toad Town BVI.

Would love some help from all you seasoned Caribbean cruisers

From the islands we are due to visit are there any that you would particularly recommend or recommend against where

    1) able to push wheelchair ( she loves shops)

    2) Island tour with not a lot of on & off bus (taxi)

    3) Nice beach reasonably accessible with chair

Your help will be greatly appreciated as this will be her first trip to the Caribbean and want to make it as good as possible for her

  3. Have booked for back to back cruise Seven Shores & Paradise Islands Have noticed that the order of ports of call has been changed & the sea day has been changed We go on 26/2 /17 Has anyone going on this cruise been notified by Thomson of any changes ? Would like to have details confirmed so we could book excursions locally Thanks for any help

  4. It is some time since we have been on the Spirit and I wondered what was the normal for dinner in the MDR. Do most passengers have set tables/ waiters arranged by them selves and waiters on the first night of the cruise ? If so what is the normal procedure when they go to the dining room and there is a queue? Do they wait in the queue and then go to their pre arranged table or do they queue jump and walk straight to 'their' table. This happened regularly on the Destiny even when there was a long queue and I think is extremely rude. I realise that the waiters like to have regulars as they will get tips but its the bit at the door that I am uncomfortable with.

  5. Am trying to get correct information about Day before check in at Gatwick for Caribbean Cruise on the Dream. A couple of years ago this was not allowed but Thomson's info now say only not allowable if travelling to Lapland ? We are flying from Edinburgh and staying overnight in Gatwick. Checking in luggage day before means a lot less lugging of cases but very much determines what I have to pack in overnight case. Anyone who has been this year and tried ? Thanks

  6. Having read reports on CC about trips in Cartagena I contacted Dora as all reports about her were excellent. I have copied the reply that I got from her and wondered if anyone else on this cruise was interested?
