Does anyone have the particulars for the spa on the Gem. I particularly love the heated loungers. Thanks. Linda.

Would these tours be available from Cherbourg as well as Le Havre?
-
We're looking at the same tour - hope you get a reply as we would be interested as well.

Thank you for all the suggestions - now to decide what to do.

We will be making a stop in Limassol, Cyprus on a Jade cruise in February.
Any suggestions on things to do? Thanks.

Thank you for providing this information to those of us who will be arriving in Nynashamn on the Norwegian Sun this summer. Please keep providing updated information as it becomes available.
Also I believe that the Sun actually tenders instead of docking - is that correct?

Thank you everyone for the responses, especially Hydrokitty because you seemed to address my major concerns. My knees are getting old so extensive climbing is the real issue for me. I would like very much to attempt this trip and it sounds like it is doable with common sense. Thanks again.

Can someone tell me just how strenuous an excursion to Petra would be??

We are foregoing the trip into Berlin. Considering going to Lubeck or Wismar. If you have been to both cities, which would you recommend? We will be there on a Monday and are interested in history and architecture. Thanks for any input.

Thank you Biaria - another question - when we get to Monte on the cable car, how far is it to the Tropical Gardens and the toboggans. Guess I'm looking for general directions for getting around up there. Thanks again. Linda

Hi Biaria - I see you have provided some excellent information on this site. I have a couple questions I hope you can answer. We will be in Funchal Wed. Mar. 3 from 10-6. We hope to visit the market, take the cable car to Monte, visit the Tropical gardens and maybe take the tobaggan back. I have read on another site that taxis sometimes charged E20 to return to town from the tobaggan stop - is there truth to this? Otherwise is the bus close by? Anything else you would recommend? Will flowers be in bloom in early March there?

I have read that Dubrovnik has wonderful ice cream. Is there a place that is particularly recommended?

Thank you for the suggestion to walk on the seaside starting at Pile Gate - I'm assuming the wall is not as high there and therefore fewer stairs - is that correct? One more question - walking on the seaside, are there still views over the city (I'm assuming if so that the views are of the old town and not the rest of Dubrovnik?

This is a wonderful thread - so much good information. We will be in Dubrovnick in October. I would like very much to walk some of the wall - however as someone else said my knees are older than the rest of me. I would love to see some of the views but will be unable to do all the stairs. I was thinking of getting on the wall at each of the entrances and walking some distance in each direction. Will that give me some good views without having to do all the stairs? Also is there an area of the wall that shouldn't be missed or an area that is particularly strenuous? Thank you.
Which excursion would you recommend?

Hi LuLu - If you have done this excursion recently, can you confirm where you were let off the bus - whether it was near the Eiffel Tower or Place Concorde?
