I was not a fan of the elevators on Horizon. You can not change your mind once your in it, if say you remember you needed to stop at guest services on your way to Lido. Also, wait times were extremely long as you are waiting for 1 elevator to arrive as opposed to the random arrival of all of them. It was irritating to see the doors open on another one and not be able to hop on. Used the stairs more than ever this time, which isn't a bad thing.

Can you tell me how you determined which cove balcony was not under a lifeboat? I'd like to book one like yours which seemed so much brighter.

I've got 2 premier offers right now. One of them is called Premier Getaway offer. They all appear to be 4 or 5 day druises. First time I've seen this.

Diamond and Platinum embark before FTTF.

I sailed the Pride out of Baltimore on 2/28 and I am platinum. They boarded wedding party first and then no particular order after that. FTTF were all mixed in with platinum and diamond.

We will be in Freeport 7am to 1pm and thinking of getting a day pass to Grand Lucayan. Will they let us in that early? I've seen other day passes that don't open until 9am.

We have a stop in port canaveral and do not want to go on an excursion. I've seen people talk about going to Cocoa beach. Are there taxi's at the port? Is there a specific spot at cocoa beach that we should ask for? Not really sure what there is to see there.

First timer going to book a small cabana.....how does the selection work? Is it random? Done at guest services? Can you email ahead of time? Also, are there any preferences as to which one you pick...pros or cons? Thank you!

We had villa D and loved it. They provide you with 16 cans of soda (2 per person and based on 8 people per villa) and 4 large bottles of water. You tell them what kind you want when you check in with guest services to pick your villa. There is a cooler filled with ice and a fridge also. Plenty of snacks provided and the lunch is not far away.

I just received my first premier offer. Unfortunately, I do not fly and they are all southern departures. Do they ever offer premier cruises out of NYC? If you don't book one will the offers stop coming?

Thank you for the responses....I may go the cheapo route and order 3 or 4 veggie boats from room service, but I am also glad to know I can order the platters on board. Anniversary/birthday party for one couple in our group.....

Do you have to order the party trays online before the cruise or can you order them once on board? I'm thinking like the canape or fruit and cheese platters. Also, I see there is a veggie platter for $18, but could you ask room service for a larger veggie tray since they have one for free on their menu?

How do you know if your drink has been counted as one or two? Is there a way to see what number of drink you are on?

Hi Becca....we had 7258 once and had that same issue with the smell of food or garlic. We never thought to ask the steward to de-odorize! We have the cabin next door in October (7299) and will keep that in mind!

So it appears there is a server/waiter. Is he just getting drinks for you or will he order and bring food to you too?
