Unfortunately, I got the email that my cruise on the Fascination is cancelled. I filled out the form for a refund. But, my booking is still on the website. Should I cancel it online, too?

I have finally received all my refunds. But, 3 out of the 5 charges are a few dollars off. For example, I paid $115.00 for wifi. I got back $108.50. My transfers were $63.96. I got back $61.04.  Not sure I want to fight them over a couple of dollars. I'm just glad I got all my refunds. Has anyone else had this issue?

I've been seeing the new format for about 3 days. I'm using Internet Explorer on my PC. I like the layout, but you do have to dig deeper to find things.

We had an ocean view on the Sensation three weeks ago. We were in U168. There was a horrible smell for the first 3 days. It smelled like rotting food and garlic mixed. We went to guest services and they said there were 5 other complaints. They said maintenance would check the HVAC system because they were working on it prior to our cruise. It eventually got a little more tolerable on the fourth day. Other than that, our room was very quiet. We loved the location of our room. The Sensation is definitely showing her age, though.

We just rented a clam shell in March. You can rent one from the beach rental hut on HMC. Ours was around $30.00 for the whole day.

Does Carnival only offer individual boarding passes now? I just went to reprint mine for next month and it only gives me the individual option. We just cruised in July and printed an all in one boarding pass. Something new?

Do Gold cruisers get a free bottle of water EACH? My husband and I sailed on the Elation in May and we only had one small bottle of water and one bigger one. Should we have had two?

The Elation has it on the Lido deck. It was really good. We just sailed on May 2.

I'm from New Orleans and I just read in the news that the Elation is moving to Jacksonville after April 4, 2016. The Triumph will move to take the Elation's place in NO to increase capacity.

I just checked my booking for May. It says "Priority" FTTF on my luggage tags and boarding pass. I did not purchase this. Has anyone ever gotten a FTTF upgrade?? I'm gold and booked online during the sale with onboard credit in October. Was this a perk I didn't know about?
