  1. Hi!

Do you go to the guest services counter and ask for a print out of these?

    Thanks!!

This is an offer they send out to certain players,, not everyone gets them. Log into your totaled rewards account and check your offers.

As an FYI, they have switched these offers to sailing within 6 months not a year like they used to be.

  2. All your questions can be answered by reading the terms and conditions of the promo.

    For the UBP specifically:

Ultimate Beverage Package (Unlimited Open Bar):

Applicable to guests 1-2 on the reservation.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age at time of sailing to qualify for the Ultimate Beverage Package. Guests under 21 will receive the Soda Package.

Variety of spirits and cocktails, wines by the glass and bottled or draft beer up to $15 USD. Includes fountain soda and juice, and non-alcoholic beer.

A 20% discount will be given on bottles of wine (champagne and sparkling included) purchased on board.

Does not apply to the Ice Bars, room service, package sales, bottled water, ship specific promotions or beer buckets, designated super premium brands (subject to change), bottled wine, mini bar purchases, fresh squeezed juices, Lavazza coffee beverages, wine dispenser, energy drinks or vending machines.

Guest who receive the Soda Package may obtain fountain soda at any bar, lounge or restaurant throughout the duration of the cruise, excluding Harvest Caye bars, restaurants, or venues.

Guest's check may reflect applicable VAT and/or taxes for certain ports or itineraries.

Guest is responsible for 18% gratuities on the retail value of the Ultimate Beverage Package ($14.22 USD per person, per day) and/or Soda Package ($1.35 USD per person, per day) prior to cruise, except when booking The Haven or a Suite.

Retail value of Ultimate Beverage Package is $79.00 USD per person, per day. Package price is subject to change.

Retail value of the Adult Soda Package is $7.50 USD per person, per day. Package price is subject to change.

  3. We just booked another Cruise Saturday.

The PCC we worked with informed us that code LATREW is the NEW internet minutes for Plat. and above.

Sure enough there is an additional 30 minutes on our amenity invoice.

I have 2 bookings with LATREW and I am not Platinum, just Gold. So I think your PCC is incorrect.

  4. I was on the Jewel Oct 30, we got there around 11:15, after security we went to the left to check in. And there was a photographer set up right before you went up the stairs. I saw many servers walking around with trays of Bahama Mamas, for a fee of course.

  5. Hey folks!

Does anyone have an extra Norwegian Jade Latitude Pin they would be willing to give/sell/trade with me? It's the only ship I've sailed that for some reason I am missing. I'd truly appreciate it!

I have 2 extra. Email me your address and I will mail them to ya.

  6. We booked and (have already taken) this offer on a 4 day on the Inspiration and that ship hasn't had the drinks on us card in months... I guess they stopped it for short cruises, not sureabout 7 day cruises though. But I'm going to say no the card is not offered with this offer.

  7. That's great! How did you find out about it on the website? How does Total Rewards notify you? I have never received an offer from Total Rewards. ??:(

You can log into your total rewards account online and see if you have any offers. Have you ever received an offer from TR? If not then your settings in your account might be set to not receive them and Dh and I get offers all the time, he gets the cruise ones, I'm not Diamond. He's gotten 4 this year alone~ call TR and tell them you're not getting any offers and they can fix that for you~

  8. Very hard for cruise lines to plan itineraries around schools and colleges around them due to the fact they are all different~ example, college spring breaks can be anywhere from March 1-April 15. My kids are already out of school for the summer, have been for a week and they go back August 6. Other states are in till mid June and go back after Labor day.

Imagine how long it would take cruise lines to research every school district in the country?!!

  9. If I'm reading this correctly you are able to print out the edocs for one cabin but not the other due to minors being in one cabin, correct? So I would just print out the one set that you can so you have some paperwork to show the security to get IN the building as they don't ask how many cabins you have and according to NCL you just have to be at the pier at least 2 hours before departure if you have not completed check in~

You also might want to have the other reservation pulled up on your smartphone, if you have one. That way if there is an issue with security you can show them that .

  10. From what I understand you will not see your TA's obc on your ncl account~ it will (should) show up when you are on board. There might have been a $50 obc given through NCl and the $200 or $150 from TA~ ask your TA for an email showing that you are to receive $200 OBC, but be warned that if it does not show up when you are on the ship there is nothing that NCL can do about it as it's coming from a TA and not them~
