We've stayed in cabin #11150 (Aft Mini Suite) for 6 years in a row (4 times on the Pearl & twice on the Gem. We're booked in that same suite again the week of 8/27/16 on the Gem. It's a fabulous location - one floor up to the Great Outdoors and the pool area and the constant sound of the wake on the back of the ship. We've never had any issues with noise and I like to sleep late in the morning!

So are we - 9/5. I'm bummed; now I'll have to walk to the MDR to see the menus! LOL

Is Iconcierge available on the Gem?

Does anyone know if I can download and complete ahead of time the document they give you when you're in the check-in line saying if you are sick or have been sick recently?

Hi! What part of the area are you from? I'm from Bensalem, also right outside of Philly :) Well, the "free transportation" I was referring to is my boyfriends father, haha! ;) But, on the way back we are going to be taking the Megabus, leaves from two blocks away from Pier 88 and takes you to 30th street station- they have free wifi and its always super quiet and relaxing. I would suggest this over the train- it was $12 one way for our Megabus ride. Different days and times have different prices but the earlier you book it and the more "inconvenient" of a time you go, the prices can be as low as $1. I would certainly look into it! :)

We are sailing out of NYC in September and live outside of Philly. I'd love to know what you mean by free transportation. Since it's so early, I haven't done much research into how we'll get to the pier yet, but thought we'd take a train out of NJ (much cheaper than Amtrak). What drop off service are you using?:confused:
