  1. Hi, we have cruised the 7 day Mexican Rivera many times with different port configurations. We love Cabo & PV. Both have a lot to do and not do. Mazatlan has the least variety of things to do and nothing is close to the port. Mazatlan also has the highest crime rate of the 3 ports. I think your group should look at what you might want to do while in port and your budget.

Either cruise will be great and the Splendor is a great ship. We are currently on her now in Grand Turk [emoji41]

  2. PV is the only port my parents get off when we cruise the Mexican Rivera. It is a short walk out of the terminal area. There is ‘shopping’ and a restaurant right there. There is also access to a public beach between the shopping and hotel next to the port. You can also easily get a taxi/van to the Halcion-boardwalk area with beach, restaurants & shopping.

Cabo has a tender and easy walking but might be too much walking around the marina. The marina has shops and restaurants but no beach. You can get a water taxi at the marina to take you to a beach.

Mazatlan has shops at the marina and golf cart type taxis to take you to the shopping areas, beach or to see the historic areas.

It really depends on what you want to do, see, shop for and how much you want to spend.

  3. Do they have a out side movie screen on the carnival Miracle?

The Miracle does not have an outside movie screen. It would be my favorite boat if it did. Love the small boats!
