I heard a rumor that the Island Princess will be taken out of service the end of 2024.  Has anybody heard that or have any verifiable information regarding the plans for the Island?  Please, I am not trying to start a rumor but we are booked for the 12/24 TA so I am more than curious.

The room size is the same as Deluxe Balcony but the balcony itself is twice the size.  The Sky Princess is the nicest in the fleet at the  moment, pending eventual arrival of Enchanted.

The food is most often unimpressive and unimaginative, but it is a place to sit and wait for your dinner mates.  We go from time to time if we have nothing better to do.

I have been looking at the 2019 cruises and found that the option to choose your own cabin has been eliminated. Almost every category is Reservation, cabin to be assigned shortly before sailing. I like to choose my own cabin and find this displeasing. Any thoughts or insight?

We are cruising on the Regal on Feb 15th. We are interested in the Chef's table and I am wondering:

What is the best way to make reservations?

When are the dinners usually held?

If you have participated in the Chef's table was it worth it?

I really don't get this new marketing campaign/tag line. "Escape Completely"…That I get. "Come Back Renewed"…That I would get. But "Come Back New"? I don't get it. I don't want to come back new. I like who I am. My wife doesn't want to come back new. She likes who she is. Every time I hear the tag line on a commercial it bugs me...

Actually I look forward to Escaping, not coming back. I think Princess has missed the point.
