Thanks everyone for the feedback. Cabin availability did open up. We were able to book a cabin at a good location. Unfortunately the only availability was an inside.

We were on Rotterdam a few years ago. The music was very loud at the  Rolling Stone Rock Room. Our cabin walls even vibrated. Staff brought a decibel meter to our cabin then moved us. I am wondering if this is still a problem. I am wanting to book a cruise but currently all cabins are guaranteed. Should I not book because I can pick my cabin location?

We are back from Silhouette. Our solution was to bring our refillable water bottles which Oceania had given us on past cruises. It worked very well. I would go up once a day and refill 3 bottles then take them back to our cabin. The water ar the cafe tasted very good but the water our of the bath faucet did not taste so good.

We had lobster on the second evening chic night. We were just on a 10 night. It was very small but tasted pretty good.

Is the beef served in the main dinning room USDA graded? If so what grade do they use? 

We just got off the Silhouette. The walking track goes thru a smoking area! I just can’t understand why. 

We dont have any future Oceania cruises booked. The prices do seem a bit high. We dont drink and I dislike their excursions so other trips seem a much better value.

Does anyone know when the Black Friday sale might start? We are ready to book but are concerned the price might go down. Thanks

We have never been to Tobago but will be going in Dec.  Will there be tours and taxis at the pier? We are thinking about a general island tour that includes Argyle Falls.

We have not been on Celebrity in years. Our upcoming cruise in 10 nights on Silhouette. I was wondering if you book shows ahead and what are the times.

I think Arcadia would work. There is only one bridge to cross from the train station, near 2 Vaporetto stops, good breakfast and great air conditioning. The standard room is small.

What is the coffee house style breakfast? I see it is available foe some Captain Club members.

Either way, yes you get Blu access but you don’t get the drinks or WiFi. 

It sounds crazy but Aqua class minimum bid is $700 and Aqua Sky Suite is minimum is $200. There were lot of other categories offered as well.

We are currently in a regular balcony cabin. We have been offered to bid on an Aqua Sky Suite. The minimum bid is $200 per person. If we make a winning bid will we get to eat in Blu? Will we get the classic beverage package and pre paid tips which are normally included in Aqua?

We will be sailing on the Silhouette out of Ft. Lauderdale. Is it possible to bring a case of bottled water, leave it with the porters and have it delivered to the cabin?

We just did the transfer. The Azamara directions left us feeling very uncertain. It actually worked out well and was not a problem. We took the valporetto to the 2nd Tronchetto stop. When you get off you will see cruise reps. You can also get off at the previous stop and take the people mover. There were several cruise lines picking up their passengers there. 

We just did an Azmara cruise. This situation is frustrating. We boarded early and we straight to the excursion desk. Some of the ones we wanted had sold out. I had tried to book ahead with OBC. That did not work at all. The asked other passengers how the process worked for the. The best results were where travel agents booked the excursions ahead.

Could anyone recommend transfer options from our Venice hotel to Chioggia? Our hotel is a walkable distance to the train station.

We did end up booking on our own. The phone wait time was about 1 hour and the price was more expensive.

Has anyone used Azamara air recently? If so what was the experience.

We stayed at Barocco Hotel in Rome just a few months ago. You may want to look at it.

We have been on about 10 Oceania cruises. We just love Oceania. due to Azamara having more stringent COVID protocols, we switched over to Azamara. Now we have done two Azamara cruises and havre a third booked this fall. Azamara is a very good fit for us. I find the time in ports much better. Azamara has a more friendly feel. The food however is just not as good as Oceania. Azama has good food but Oceania in my opinion has higher quality and more creative cuisine.

I think you should certainly give Azamara a try.
