You don't need a shore excursion to see Capri (in fact, it's kind of overkill). The ferries to Capri from Naples depart from right next to the cruise ship port, and there are easy ways to get around on Capri once you are there.

Hi, my husband and I will also be visiting Naples and would love to go back to the Isle of Capri and the Blue Grotto. We last visited there more than ten years ago.
