They opened up cielo or solely dining room for quiet reading on our cruise earlier this month.

We used arctic shorex at isafjordur to do the dynjandi waterfall and the west fjords and it was a waste of time and money. The minibus was cramped,the windows were too low to see both sides and the trip to a village/farm was a joke. 

And you have to pay more if you buy any package onboard

If I have just had an e mail with my cabin allocated,  do you think I am Ok ?

We are considering a staycation in July and have never sailed with Fred Olsen .Just wondering if you are allowed to bring alcohol on board and if so how much ?

I really wish they would make their mind up. I appreciate its hard to forecast what the situation will be like by the start of July but the mixed messages is plain annoying. As we are travelling from the North West we were hoping to extend our trip and spend a few days pre cruise in and around Southampton / New Forest. With the possibility of testing requirements it may mean that this isn't possible - not if we want to wait to get our negative result before we travel.

This has actually put us off booking this evening. I wish they would decide one way or another .

We are booked to dine in Wonderland restaurant on the Harmony.Can anyone tell me if the speciality cocktails are included if you have a Premium Drinks package?

I was under the impression that the tours are all private. It specifically said that in my email and we have 9 in our group. Did you have a smaller group that got combined with another group?

There were only 2 of us so we were being combined with others.I know it wasnt Courtney Taylors fault they did not turn up but waiting 90 minutes was way OTT.It seemed acceptable for people to turn up whenever they liked but they still set off before us and were at the destination when we arrived

Just to let people know we recently returned from a tour with Courtney Taylor and although the tour itself was fine they have a policy of waiting up to 90 minutes for people to meet the tour after the ship docks.This meant we were sitting in a taxi from 8 to 9.30 waiting for others who did not show up anyway.Rather spoilt the trip as we lost an hour and a half of our excursion time due to their policy. If we can get off the ship as soon as possible so should others, and the tour company should not have a policy of waiting so long
