  1. In Germany we have on Sundays in general closed most of the shops and small vendors. Museum, Zoo, Tourist Attractions etc. are open.

On the Christmas Eve even those tourist attractions could be closed, as this is the most celebrated evening of the christmas days. Santa Clause and the "Christkind" are bringing traditionally the presents on the 24th late afternoon/early evening - so from 3pm you will find the streets mostly empty. Also Cafes and Restaurants often close on this afternoon/evening. So please check carefully if the place you choosed to go is really open on this day.

Same for Holland America as well for Europe.  On a call with Princess today, they said that they would not allow the mix of AZ and mRNA vaccines, because of CDC restrictions.

Jan Swartz is the President of both Holland American and Princess.  Would they have two different policies for the same region?

Where did you got the information for HAL ? I tried to contact the support but they did not answer 😶, also my TA just forward my requests to HAL with no answer in 10 days meanwhile. Would be happy to see, that HAL is using for Europe other rules than for cruises from US ports.

    Thanks a lot

  3. Even if you did not book Premim, you can pay for those waterbottles. They cost 2,50€ (at least they did last year) per liter and they will be delivered into your staterrom upon request. Request per form you will find in your staterroom. You can order each day new. The other prices are correct as well - this are the bar prices when you get you water directly at the bar.
