Definitely cold water lobster in the Porch seafood tower.  Their lobster roll, however, is warm water spiny. 

Just tested negative for Covid, so I'll get to answer my own question in a few days.  I'll report back here.

Has the Porch switched to warm water lobster tail for its seafood tower?  I ask because the rest of Reflection has (Murano, Luminae).  

I ask because I am a HUGE lobster fan, but I don't enjoy warm water spiny lobster.  TYIA.

I just paid today.  We are fully committed to going, so the 30 days weren't that big a deal.

I was on the 2/29/20 Summit sailing and you most definitely could order MDR in Luminae at that time.

We are booked on the 1/19/22 Reflection sailing.  The original 90 day payment deadline is today, which is the date that still appears on the online payment screen.  Has anyone else seen this (for this or any other sailing)?  I don't want to lose the reservation, but I'd prefer to make final payment 60 days out, if possible.  I'm concerned the system will delete my reservation if I don't make payment today.

Do suites have an iPod player on the Summit, post-revolution?  The Signature Suites on Reflection did last year.  Wondering if the Royal and/or Sky Suites do?  Thanks!

Yes on speakers, but not sure they're WIFI, but I've then never used them.  I always bring my own docking station.  Music (and drinks) on the balcony are one of our "things".

You use the GE card where there are no kiosks and no other way to prove GE status. Cruise ports and expedited security in Canada. You’d do preclear at a kiosk in Canada, but that’s after you would have gone through security screening.

Exactly. There are, or were as of 2017, no kiosks at Fort Lauderdale.

Just an FYI, you need to bring the Global Entry Card, not just your passport, for cruises (at least as of last year).

Is the Porch included in the unlimited dining package with Signature Suites on the Reflection? And the seafood tower (one can hope, no)?

Hi. FWIW, I cruised with a 4 month old (many years ago - he is 17 now). We sailed on the Millennium, in one of the family cabins (starboard aft corner). We set up the crib they provided in the hallway and taped cardboard over the lights that couldn't be turned off. At that time (17 years ago), we were able to hire babysitters from the front desk staff for $8 per hour. We also had two sets of grandparents on the cruise, so there was some "vacation" time for us parents. (We paid for the grandparents to join us, so they couldn't complain about some babysitting time).

Even with all of that, it was difficult and not really a vacation for us. Lots of work, little down time and no chance to just let loose and get drunk. I'd recommend not doing it.

We used Luggage Valet departing the Equinox on 3/13/17 flying Southwest out of FLL. No problems at all!

Just got off Equinox on Monday. First time using the Valet program. LOVED IT.

During the "behind the scenes tour" our kitchen guide stated that there is a designated area for all "room service" including designated servers. I assume this applies to non-suite only as our butler always delivered food to our suite.

This was on the Equinox that returned yesterday.

One of my favorites is a Myers Hurricane. It's like a planters punch but only with dark rum. Myers + oj + pineapple juice + grenadine. Have the bartender shake it before serving. An orange slice goes with it very nicely.
