Summer Lovin

By the photo of the Balcony room on the Pearl it looks as if the couch is right up against the bed.  Is this so, and does it make it hard to get out of the bed? 

Staying at the Hilton Times Square for two nights then taking Anthem of the Seas out of Jersey Port...any transportation ideas other than Lyft, or Uber?  Thank you!!

None of the beach clubs look very appealing..any suggestions, and have you ever had trouble with the taxi's?

Thanks! Four of us arrive by 11:00am on May 3rd, and the other four arrive at 4:30pm. As far as a hotel...we are only looking for clean, and ability to walk to a restaurant. I am almost thinking we could stay around the Hollywood area (hotel with shuttle), and then check with SAS, or another company to take us to the port on May 4th, with a round trip picking us up on May 14th. Do you think that's a good option?

Due to price we are looking to fly into FLL Airport, and stay near Miami Port. Any ideas on hotel (clean and place to eat nearby), and what the cost could be from FLL airport to a Miami area hotel? I can find prices from POM to FLL airport, but don't have any idea about the other, or ideas of hotel options. Thanks!!

We have only cruised on Royal Caribbean (Freedom, Harmon, Allure), and Carnival, and am looking into the 10 day on the Equinox? I’m just curious what differences we will find?

We haven't been on Carnival in years, and have been cruising on Royal the last five years. We are considering the Vista due to wanting to go back to Aruba, etc...I am curious about the entertainment on the Vista, what to expect, or if we would be disappointed? Thank you!

Has anyone booked a Resort for a Day...at St. Maarten Sonesta Great Bay? The rate is $80 for the day and includes food, drinks, pool, and beach at this resort. There is also a Casino that you can use. I'm curious if anyone has done this? We were concerned that we would get there and chairs wouldn't be available at the beach due to the resort guests. The company Resort for the Day told me that they only book so many guests for the day to make sure there are enough chairs. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

We are traveling with our two grown children and our daughter's new husband. In the past our children shared a room. For our son now we would either need him to have a room alone, or share it with us? Is there different pricing for a solo traveler, or do you pay double for a single room? Also, has anyone ever shared a balcony room with one grown child, if so, was it just way to crowded with the couch made up as a bed? Thanks!

In the past our daughter and son split a room, but she is now married, which leaves our grown son alone. Do you pay the same price as if there were two in a room, or do they give you a price break?
