We are from Scotland, sailing on the Epic in the Mediterranean in July. I would like to know what currency I should pay our onboard account.

I have asked several people  and getting three different answers. Dollar. Euro or Sterling. 

Even my bank couldn't  advise me.  TIA.

If you have stayed in cabin 9078 can you tell me if bed is at the door or the balcony. Also is it and angled balcony.

This will be our 4th time on Epic, Never a problem. Both Caribbean and Mediterranean. Lat two cruises got cancelled because of Covid. So looking forward to this one.

We are booked on Epic on 11th July sailing from Barcelona with drinks package for myself and adult son. Is it best to book in advance soda package for my grandson or wait until we embark?  Thanks in advance. 

You have not missed anything. I am platinum latitudes which gives me chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle

of wine. We got one strawberry each and bottle of sparkling wine. lol.

Can anyone tell me if you can take personal water bottles on board NCL Getaway and fill it from taps?

I know not to fill plastic bottles in Dining areas.

Our first cruise in the Caribbean was on the Norway. We thought it was wonderful.

Can anyone tell me if there is a latitudes priority boarding in Miami?

Also are there lots of children on board in early July sailing to the Caribbean?

We are doing this cruise from Barcelona on 8th July staying at Lleo hotel. (Opposite Jazz hotel). They are just around the corner from Las Ramblas.

This is our 3rd time doing this cruise so I think that says a lot. Taxi from airport is to hotel is 38euros.(booked in advance). There is a taxi rank outside hotel, fare approx. 25euros. Taxi from cruiseport to airport 36euros(booked in advance) Enjoy....and don't read too much into negative comments..

Dies anyone know if you can still buy wine at ports of call, bring them onboard and collect at the end of the cruise?

We have done this a few times before but I noticed a thread stating that you cannot bring any alcohol on board.

We sail on the 8th July.

I received an offer of bidding for Epic in July and did not know what to do. I was tempted to put in an offer but decided to call Travel Agent first. They suggested I should keep cabin already booked as there was no guarantee as to what I may end up with.

Regarding mini suites they said there was hardly any difference in size and may get a bath in shower .

Thouroughly enjoyed your experience on Epic. We have done this cruise twice before and it brought it all back.This time I am sailing with my son and grandson (their first time). My husband and I also did the Caribbean a few years ago so this will be my fourth time on board the Epic. Great ship, Sooo looking forward to it. Thanks again.

We have cruised the Med on Epic twice already. Taking my son and grandson in July. Their first cruise. Ports of call are excellent. Go for it.
