The only one I can think of off the top of my head is I wish they had robes like Carnival does.(I just happened to read about robes on another thread that made me think of this)

I'm Emerald on RCI and I've gotten free robes on every RCI cruise I've sailed on since the last loyalty level.

I saw a few people with luggage walking to the ship the morning of our first port out of Barcelona.

No sympathy, sorry. There's a reason you either pay the extra money for airfare through the cruise line or fly in a day or two ahead of embarkation, and make sure you're onboard at least 30 minutes prior to the ship leaving.
