I did it on Hal Eurodam, 2.5 hr train trip directly to Berlin, bus trip, and free for lunch! Wonderful!

If you look at it logically, in the old days, 60,70, 80, 90, 2000, Carnival had the reputation for being a booze cruise, with children running loose. I have been cruising since 1973, first on Hal, my father in law was a captain, and the operating manager in NY. Now we have been on about 50 cruises : Hal, carnival princess, et al. The same company owns all these cruise lines! So it is what you make it! Looking forward to 3/26!
