  1. My October cruise hasn't been cancelled yet but I have a couple of questions for anyone that knows the answers.

If my cruise is cancelled by Carnival and I choose a refund, will I also be refunded the cost of Carnivals Insurance?

If my cruise is canceled by Carnival and my initial payment was made with a Carnival Gift Card, will I receive a refund check or just another gift card?

Thanks for any insight from another that has already experienced these issues.

  2. I currently have booked and completely paid for a "SOLO" cruise with Carnival for Nov. 2018.

If I should change my mind and want to add another passenger to my booking and have them stay in my stateroom would this be possible and be allowed by Carnival Cruise Line?

I do realize I would need to pay more port fees and taxes for the extra person and possibly a fee to make the change.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has done this change and if so, how challenging was it to do.

    thanks!

  3. When I was a younger man, I could go up and down stairs with ease. Now that arthritis has set in, it kills my knees to go up and down stairs. Is there anyone here that has that same problem? If so, what OTC cream do you use to help relieve the pain? What have you had the best results with? On the ship, if I'm just going up or down a deck or two, I'd rather take the stairs than to wait on an elevator. I just can't go as fast as I used to. I refuse to let arthritis get the better of me.

I've since had a complete knee replacement but before that, the best aid I had was the elastic type knee braces. They work better than one would think.
