Our cruise ship docks at Lautoka. We will be in port from 8-3:30. We are a group of 4 adults plus a child. We are trying to decide which cruise ship excursion would be best for snorkeling. I’ve tried to look into using the ferries but most don’t leave from Lautoka.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

This is our first time to visit Costa Rica and we are all excited. There are lots of choices with just one day and I would like some advice. I have been searching for quite some time on where we should visit. We are a group of 3 adults (myself, DH, and mother) and love to see wildlife and beautiful scenery. We would also like to see the scarlet macaws. We aren't into zip lining. Our cruise ship will be porting at Puntarenas in late December from 7am-7pm. I think from readiing reviews online we would like to visit Carara National Park. I have also been looking at visiting Monteverde Cloud Forest reserve or Manuel Antonio National Park. There is also a river boat tour on the Tarcoles River. Any help is greatly appreciated.

We were going to try to book that same flight, when we called princess before booking the flights they said we wouldn't make the flight because sometimes the cruise ship is delayed going through customs and with the heavy traffic of a weekday. So we booked the Friday morning flight and staying two days in Tahiti after the cruise.

We finally heard back from Pa'ati tours with Leon and they do not take tours to the blue lagoon now. I wonder if there is another reputable company that I could e-mail about a tour to the blue lagoon.

We have emailed both tour companies to see if they have availability on that day, but have not heard back. Do you suggest anyone else or should we keep trying?

Because of our flight schedule we have two days before getting on the cruise and two days after the cruise. We are renting a car for two days before the cruise and taking an interior tour on one of the days after the cruise. What should we do for the other day we have open? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your recomendations and suggestions would you suggest I try to find a private tour rather than renting a car? I am wondering if its going to be hard to get around and difficult to find the different places of interest. I think we will skip the Hakaui waterfall especially since we can only get there by boat.

I have a question about the weather around Tahiti and the french Polynesian islands, we are going to be visiting this area the end of December and the first week of January. Is the humidity going to be unbearable for hiking or taking a boat trip to snorkel at various places?

On January 2nd our ship is tendering into Taiohae. I have researched on various websites to come up with this list of places to see. Our cruise ship is on this island from 8:00am-5:00pm. My question is, is this a good island to rent a car and drive to these places? Also is this the best use of our time on this island? Do you have any other suggestions of what we should do? Is there anything that you would leave off due to lack of time on this island?

Our cruise ship is also docking at Raiatea. Our cruise ship is docked from 9:00am to 4:00am the next morning on January 5th. I was thinking about my husband and I along with my folks renting a car and driving around the island. Would this itinerary be a good use of our time spent here? Is there anything you would add?

Thank you for all of your help!! Do you think it would be worth it to rent a car for two days and take an interior excursion of the island on the third day? Or what places that I suggested to visit would you take off from my list? Thank you for suggesting Marae Arahurahu and du Musee de Tahiti et des ilies. I will add it to my itinerary.

Are the Faarumai Falls at the same place as Fautaua waterfalls?
