  1. Hello M&Dcruisers, while I'm glad you finally had your booking confirmed, I'm very sorry you had to struggle to make a reservation with us.

We are looking into what may have happened. And if any consolation, our internet elves are working hard to simplify this process for you!

Exactly the same thing happened to me. I tired the web site email and was promised a response in 24 to 48 hours. Nothing. Phoned in during office hours and was able to book the cruise. When I told the booking desk that I had no response from the email after 4 days they changed the subject and went back to cruise details. The lack of email response did not seem to be of concern.

  2. J covered the essentials of the workshop fairly well. The wines they serve are in the $40 to $100 a bottle range. I would rate the glasses you receive as a $60 to $70 value if you find the right discount. So for $20 0r $30 you get a lot of information and some nice wines. If you do not currently have Reidel or similar gallsses at home be prepared to chuck the old ones and replace them after the seminar. The glasses truly make that much of a difference.

It is relatively easy to find the basic red and white glasses at shops at home including Costco, but the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are a little harder to find. I used to avoid chardonnays, but with the right glass I find them very enjoyable now.

Take the class it is worth it.
