I was on the Summit, deck 11, aft view cabin (1138) last month. My balcony had 2 loungers and 2 chairs, and a table.

We weren’t in the retreat, but did sail on the Summit a few weeks ago and it was it wonderful condition. We prefer the S class ships, but still liked the Summit.
Same for us. Prefer S class as well but loved the Summit a few weeks ago. Service was great!! We were in an aft Aqua cabin overlooking the Sunset bar (my fav location in the M class) and Blu was better than ever!

Photographers may be back---
Noticed that on Chic night they had roaming photographers back on Solstice. They even were back roaming around Luminae offering to take pictures.
Wonder if this is being seen on other ships?
They were roaming around on the Summit last month. We were traveling with family and happy to get a group photo.

I cannot speak for the Equinox, but I am just off the Summit and the food in Blu was the best I have had from Blu in years. We were able to order from the MDR menu as well, and the food from that menu was delicious as well. We were a party of 6, and all were VERY happy in Blu.

Just off the Summit this morning. We had a wonderful cruise with the exception of the blackout. Luckily ours was brief. The service was excellent; everyone so friendly. They all work so hard. Always cleaning and touching up. I thought the ship looked very well-maintained except for the Sunset Bar furniture and cushions. They were very sorry looking. We were in Blu and the Maitre d and servers were fantastic. The sommelier service was also very good though on 2 nights, it seemed she had the whole restaurant to service. She was working very hard. This was my best experience in Blu by far in years. The food was delicious! We were a party of 6 and everyone was very happy with their meals.

Thanks for posting these deals! I wish I could jump on this one! Great price!
I think I can make this work! I put a hold on it and forwarded to my TA. Thanks so much again (I got a sweet suite deal last year from one of your postings!).

When I click on the “register and watch” button it takes me to a page that says Webinar Full. Has anyone else had this issue? The webinar is suppose to be available until March 21.
I am getting the same message and have switched browsers and gotten the same message. I just sent an email to the organizer asking for assistance. Will report back when I get a response, hopefully before tomorrow.

Found a number for Captain’s Club, (800) 760-0654. Took just a few minutes to apply my VISA points redemption to my upcoming cruise.

Call Captains Club and it’s one of the options on this call. It goes right on after your call
What is the Captain’s Club telephone number? Hoping the wait is less than the general number, currently 40 minutes.
Thanks!

I believe the OBC for some cabin categories were reduced in November 2023. I was on a 10 night cruise in a verandah cabin which I booked using a future booking credit and got $250.
Yes, the agent did say there were changes in November.

Thank you for answering so quickly. That does answer my question. The offer I booked under was different in July but apparently Celebrity has changed things once again. Still I would have expected the terms to remain the same as I did not cancel or rebook, just upgrade.

Hi,
I purchased a future booking certificate onboard in July 2023 and made a reservation a few weeks later. My OBBC was $150 in a veranda cabin for an 8 day cruise. I am now changing that cabin to an Aqua cabin. I believe the OBB credit should increase to $250 for this cruise but a Celebrity agent said that isn’t so. Can anyone confirm what the current terms are?

Congrats, and enjoy the moveup!

Thanks for posting and will be following. We will be on the Summit in April for the first time, having sailed all her sisters ☺️.

“Continued outages of many of the wines on the Premium Package is apparent every evening.”
We had the same experience on the Edge in July.

Thanks for posting! I have been checking every few days for this!

We also got a sweet SS deal on the Edge in early July before the butler changes took place. While we enjoyed our first stay in a suite, we will be returning to Aqua or Sunset Verandas as we usually sail in. We saw our butler every day, and he was very nice, but we never requested anything, nor knew we could. We probably wouldn’t have anyway. The Retreat was nice, but for us, not worth it unless we get another really good deal, which we learned about on these boards.

Wasn’t this promoted as food AND beverage or did I get that wrong? I am not a snob but they say nothing about their horrible wine selection by the glass. Why do I have to buy a bottle every night to get something decent? I haven’t but why should I?
Agee 100%! And for past few cruises, cannot even get what is listed in the selection for the package.

I just applied my OBB certificate $200 to a group booking a few weeks ago. I had to add $700 to the initial deposit. My TA checked with Celebrity and was told that the $200 was not refundable. The $700 would be she said.

Advise to keep checking. I was able to upgrade one cruise to premium for $6.99 a few days ago, but another cruise was priced at $13.99 for the upgrade, and another showed no option to upgrade at all. This morning, the cruise which showed no upgrade now had a sale price of $6.99, but my 2025 cruise still showing $13.99.
