  1. If you have health insurance which clearly asks about medical history (at least in Canada) I don't see why anything else would be required. I also don't think most MD's would want to sign a form guaranteeing  " healthy to sail". You could die tomorrow hit by a car. I don't think life comes with a guarantee.

I was on the Bliss Nov-Dec in the carribbean .The Observation lounge was well used during the day and I would say about 3/4 of the people were sleeping- pillows,blankets,coats etc.It was unbelievable-what appeared to be whole families stretched out and curled up.I think this is very rude and such a waste of a beautiful room.Doesn't anybody sleep in their beds anymore?
