Are the spa showers on Grand Princess larger than regular cabin showers? Are there any handicapped showers with a seat in the spa? If there are not seats in the shower is there a dressing area attached to the shower where there is a chair to sit?
Thanks,

Businesses are allowed to ask 2 questions. Is this a service dog? What task is the dog trained to perform to mitigate your disability? If the dog is toileting inappropriately or acting aggressive toward people or is not properly groomed a business may ask them to leave. They are not allowed to ask for any proof that the dog is a service dog and the dog does not have to were anything to identify it as a service dog. Notes from doctors and getting "certified" has nothing to do with having a service dog.

I think that people need to report inappropriate behavior by the dog or person with the dog to the cruiseline so there can be documentation by the cruiseline to deny boarding the next time. The ADA will not change soon but with documentation a business can have some legal documentation to prevent the same people from disrupting other people in the future.
It does not matter what tasks a service dog provides if they cannot maintain a standard of good behavior.
