The Enclave! Of course my house doesn't have running hot water, just cold, so I would love that. But the hot tubs around the pools were barely tepid and the steam rooms/ waterbeds/ large HOT tub with loungers, showers, and other goodies was wonderful.

I was on her the same week. Quite a few people mentioned that they wouldn't want to be in balcony cabins under the skywalks both sides of the ship. You could see everything going on the balconies and for cabins immediately below, you could see through the glass doors into the cabins if the curtains weren't pulled.

Haiti in general has not had as many mosquitos as usual this year, so Labadee should not be too bad. The Chikungunya epidemic this summer has become very quiet - we've all had it and now have immunity, so the mosquitos aren't finding many sick people to infect themselves from! The virus is certainly still hanging around, but no one who is in reasonably good health should be cancelling cruises because of it.
We had our board meeting in November with several board members over the age of 70, and none of them got sick despite being here for 4 days.

I just got off the Regal, balcony cabin. The mattresses were quite comfortable for my back, perhaps a touch firm but much closer to what I need than most hotels. I have some scoliosis so my back can be touchy. You could ask for a second cover if you need.
Now, all the lounge chairs and deep seats on chairs, they aggravated my lower back somewhat. The answer for me was a week's pass to the Enclave where the heated loungers, the hot hot tub, and the WATERBEDS were absolutely heavenly.

I just got off the Regal this morning. You will love it - Happy Thanksgiving cruise!

I'd love to hear also. I'm booked through the cruise line but I'm not entirely sure which stable they use - video wouldn't play and the tour operator wasn't listed by name that I saw.

Thanks for the answers so far. Has anyone here pre-booked a service recently? If the Personalizer stated a price of, say, $150, were you charged $150 in the end plus whatever tip you chose to give? or did it work like airplane tickets and have extra charges tacked on? An extra 20% over and beyond tip would definitely drive me to look for something onshore.

Just to be clear, because the Princess website certainly isn't.....
The price you see on the Personalizer is the final price paid w/o the tip. No extra 20% 'service fees' like you see at some resort spas? No mandatory 'general tips'?

Yes, 'immediately below' is a couple decks. There is some tinting to the glass doors but it isn't completely effective and one can see in. Being a single female, I am not going to trust that all tipsy men, etc. will never stop and try looking. There were a few people on balconies underneath, but they were clearly aware they were seeing and being seen. Which could get old.
Theoretically, visual upskirting from the promenade deck (via telephoto lens, esp) is a possibility in the wrong skirt. The angle SHOULD be wrong from the balconies due to strategic placement of opaque glass, but I couldn't verify that. People who are sensitive about not wanting to unintentionally do that might not want balcony cabins a deck or two below. Not everyone is in a bathing suit.
The skywalk is a nice touch and I liked the down view, but it's a very tricky desifn to execute.
