I booked this kinda thinking it would be cancelled if they extend the CDC no-sail but I’m having serious cruise withdrawal syndrome, my last one being in November!

I haven’t been on a Fantasy-class ship in ages and was craving something small and a short cruise.

Fingers crossed ships will be sailing but if not, there’s always the $300 FCC

Hi Kruz Guys!!....I will be on this sailing, cruising solo but onboard with a Bear Group, along with my 2 friends, a couple from Atlanta....looking forward to checking out the new ship and all the inclusive eateries!!! And NO kids!!! Yayyy....

Any other family on board this MLK weekend holiday cruise?

Great! Our VV rep was in the office on Friday and he mentioned the average age of their cruisers as being in their 50s, so that was pretty cool. Please do post what you think of your Sept 2020 cruise since I will likely do the bear one in October and you seemed like a seasoned cruiser, so I'm certainly excited to hear your opinion! I love the idea of going to Bimini since I've never been, and a beach bonfire sounds awesome! Looking forward to hearing more as they reveal their restaurant and bar options and REALLY stoked about 18+ on board!!!

Hi RMS Olympic...not sure if this is of any interest, but bearcruise.com just announced a 5 night on the Scarlet Lady Oct 25, 2020 with an optional extension to celebrate Halloween in Ft Lauderdale post-cruise....I've sailed with Adventure Bears a few times, but never with a bearcruise.com group and really want to try this new ship so I'm booking...I'm 50 and will be happy with a group of fellow bears sailing along for the ride!

We had a ball! It was the best weather I've ever experienced on any Canada cruise...even our day in port was bright and sunny!! I'm off in 2 weeks on an 8 night Southern and then a quick 3 nights over New Years-can never cruise too much!!!

This is the first time I'm doing this trip in the Fall, but I can tell you that when we did it this past July, all we brought were shorts and t-shirts so we had to buy a jacket when we got into port since it was really chilly!

I've done the Reversing Rapids boat ride, which was fun...St John is very walkable, and there's a nice public market as well as an indoor mall close to the ship...I'm sure the hop on/hop off bus is perfect...

Yes, the fog was so dense last time, we left our balcony door open for air one night and to hear the waves, and set off the smoke detector with the amount of fog that rolled into the cabin! We woke at 3am with 3 security guards inside our room! ;)

Expect a lot of fog...lol...I think this is my 7th trip up to Canada from NY on Carnival ;)
