I heard that Butlers were going to be eliminated for Sky Suite guests. I do wish Celebrity would send out a formal communication in regards to this.

HAL cancelled our cruise which was to depart Dec. 19, 2020. They asked us if we wanted the FCC or a refund. We decided we wanted the refund. The form was submitted to HAL on Nov. 3rd by our TA. We still do not have our refund. So, I disputed the transaction with my Credit Card company this morning. Why? Because if you wait too long, you can’t even do that! $10,000 plus is a lot of money.
The funds were backed off my card the next day. No word from HAL. They still owe me $800 which was the deposit.

We have 2 people who need to get from the Embassy Suites in Ft. Lauderdale to the port of Miami. What is the best way? Who do you recommend?
Sympathy of the Seas is our ship. Thanks!

We paid $209 for two weeks.

My husband and I swear by Glucasamine and Chondroitin. I started taking it 20 yrs ago while deciding when and where to have surgery on my knee and within 2 months I was cancelling all surgery plans!
That’s what I have found works best!

Have not seen it before.

We went to Rome prior to our cruise last month. We booked our transfers with RomeCabs.com. They met us at the airport and delivered us to our hotel. Then, 3 days later, they picked us up at the hotel and delivered us to the port. They are on time, very professional, very friendly and the ride is a tour as they point out various landmarks you may want to visit. The cabs are very nice and clean! We would not hesitate to use them again. Loved every minute! Five stars!

Whoops, meant to say October 2016!

I'm afraid the library is most likely a victim of electronic devices and Wi-Fi. I bring my own library with me on my Kindle, for example, and I can imagine that use of the library's books has declined considerably as a result.
My books are on my iPad.

We are booked in a Neptune Suite for our TransAtlantic cruise next month. We love everything about the Neptune experience. You do get spoiled!

Thank you! Looks narrow in some spots!

Would love to see the pictures of this cabin if anyone has any. We are booked for October 2017 TransAtlantic. Neptune suite, Port side.

Unfortunately, it's not unusual to get incorrect information from customer service.
I'm just happy to find out that I can still attend a show or two!
-
There are no shows to reserve pre-cruise on Navigator.
I called Customer Service and they told me the shows were all full.
-
The shows on Navigator cannot be reserved pre-cruise. With the exception of the ice show, all the shows are first come, first served. You will get info onboard as to how the ice show is handled.
I called customer service and they were no help at all. Just told me all the shows are booked.

We are sailing on Navigator on March 27th sailing and looking for an update on live entertainment currently playing on this ship.
We enjoy the Piano Bar and Pub for live music in the evenings. Anybody know what performers are currently on board?
I am very disappointed in RCL. When I booked, the shows were not posted and now they are all full. Glad I booked the speciality restaurants when I did. Will any shows be available once we get on board? If this is how they do business, I'm sticking with HAL going forward.

Do I need to reserve a space to see every show? Here I am a month away and all shows are booked. This sucks. I much prefer HAL where you just attend a show and a reservation is not needed.

Love this post! Thank you!

I want to hear all about it. My first cruise, many years ago, was hit by a nasty storm. I was concerned, yes, but I went on to have 18 more cruises!

Great images. It really puts it in perspective.
There is an app that you can load that will tell you the exact measurement of the list. Interesting pic however. Thanks!

East Coast storm is heinous. Captain has sent everyone to their cabins.
....the ship is dealing with 115mph winds and severe seas. Watching out our balcony is exhilarating and terrifying. Much water came though the deck doors on deck 5 before they shut the watertights. The captain is holding the ship in place against the wind possibly by sheer will. My cabin is making weird noises. At least we have 2 bottles of champagne. Hugs to all.
The Anthem has been tested and she has proven to be very seaworthy. Sorry you had to endure that. I know it must have been very scary. Glad you are all safe. Enjoy the rest of your cruise.

We sailed on the Beyond transatlantic in November 2023. We were in a suite and had access to the Retreat. We never saw a butler but the retreat team in the Retreat Lounge was very helpful.
