Appreciate the info, sounds fine, I am a camera buff so as long as I can get some beautiful shots of the horizon, shoreline, off the balcony, etc, never much cared for shooting straight down anyway LOL... Glad my TA did not give me a hassle on switching from E611 to E504... Thanks again!

Great information and photos, very helpful, thanks for posting! Those tenders do look like they come up higher and are more of an obstruction than the lifeboats. Glad to be away from them!

Thanks for the feedback and photo!!! E611 just seems to be a bad cabin with the larger size lifeboats, and now I hear soot is a problem in aft cabins, made the move to E504, has to be better. Not sure with the low fare I paid if I could upgrade, but happy to be out of E611... Word is to avoid all E600+ cabins. How was E310? Noise or smoke from Casino/bars below? E312 was open but a little far forward for my liking... Hopefully E504 is good, but don't plan on much cabin time anyway, need to get out and explore this beautiful ship!

Looking for a good cabin on Emerald Deck, received a BW guarantee cabin of E611 but someone indicted there are double decker lifeboats aft that would really block view. Anyone stay on E611, 606 504 or 525, those are my midship choices to change. If not, how difficulty is it to pay for an upgrade? Thanks for all input, appreciate it! :)
