I used my s/s card in the casino on the slots to get cash, did not do any "pulls", just cashed out. It shows up as "entertainment" on the final s/s bill. This was this past May on the Triumph.

Well, we've turned it into a "girl trip"! Me, my sister, sister in law, & hopefully my other sister too! My hubby said if someone backs out, he will go...LOL

Just curious...why would you purchase Cheers if you are getting the free drink card from casino?

My sister & I are trying to talk my husband into an Alaskan cruise next May. Why May? Because the price is awesome! But he only wants to cruise in the warm/hot areas! I have been following John Heald and his adventures in Alaska and he posts every morning the temps where the ship is. 48-50 degrees early in the morning doesn't seem too cold to me! So, for those of you who have been, any ideas what to expect? I told him he can wear his sweats & not shave to keep his face warm! LOL!

I really have enjoyed reading this for the past 2 hours! I know you said room service was no big deal, but FYI for your next cruise....you can order room service off the TV!!! We discovered this on our last Magic cruise! And the Magic is gorgeous, by the way, hope you can come to Texas and go on her!

The "formal" pic w/the snorkels reminded me of what we saw on our last cruise....a group of women(looked like moms/daughters) in their white Carnival robes getting their pic made on "formal" night...it was hilarious!!!! I hope they are on Cruise Critic and post the pic!!!

A tip I learned at Schlitterbahn....those "waterproof" containers sometimes leak, so take a few sandwich size ziplock baggies and put your stuff in (S/S card, cash, etc), squish all the air out, and then put it in your waterproof container...works great!;)
