Previously RC had stated that cruisers with the UDP would be able to book the restaurants in advance on the app. Anyone know if this is still happening?

We were recently on Symphony and ate at all of the ones you mentioned. For the best ambience we love to sit outside in Central Park at either Chops or Jamie’s. It is beautiful at night and you can listen to the music. We love both, you can’t go wrong. We also loved Izumi Hibachi, a dinner and show! Have a wonderful time!

I found the Need To Know section on the app but there is nothing about Crown and Anchor limited access for Diamonds. Does this mean we will have access from 5-8?🤞

Would you kindly tell me where in the app it addresses Diamond access to Crown Lounge? We leave on Symphony on 2/24 and are wondering if we will have restricted access. Just trying to manage expectations!

I would go with Deck 6. Closer to things and better views!

I received an email yesterday re my sailing on Symphony in February of 2024 about a sale on the UDP. When I tried to book it the new price was $50 less than my booking, yay! But… it said it was sold out. Felt a bit like a bait and switch. Tried several more times and it remained sold out. Anyone else experience this?

We just booked a cruise for early March 2024 in a large balcony for $1,340pp and one in March of 2025 in a JS for the same. Seems great to us!

Allure was our favorite before we went on the Freedom in October. Wonderful Solarium, open and big!!

You all are the best! I especially appreciate the link to the schedule to see how many ships are there with us. Looks like we are alone! Thank you, thank you. Cruise critic is the best!

I love a good pool so I guess I’ll take my chances!

Hmm, good points. I may reconsider

Thank you all for your thoughts! I think we will pass at $132pp

Hi all! We are leaving on October 22 on the Freedom and are tempted to get the Cocoa Beach Club Full Day Pass. It is cut gently going for $132pp. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

These responses have been very helpful. Thanks to all! I think we will do a low bid for a GS and see what happens. It’s all good since we like our current JS

Thank you for the alternative opinion. We get up early as well so are more concerned with late evening noise

We have always cruised in suites on deck 10 of Freedom and Voyager class ships and never had an issue. Sometimes I could hear things going on above, like the crew straightening the chairs or pressure washing things, but it was never in the middle of the night or early in the morning. In fact I usually get up early around 7am and head to the pool deck to enjoy the hot tubs and pools by myself - there's rarely anyone up there at that time, not even crew. I don't think they start doing anything noisy until around 8am or later. It's just never been an issue.

Thank you! That is exactly what I was afraid of. We are currently on deck 9 as well on the bump out so I think we will stay put!

I'm also on this sailing and in a JS too! I noticed the same thing and I was hoping at a chance to "Royal Up" but I'm concerned about the locations of the GS's. Currently we're on Deck 9 and I always stay away from the deck under the pool deck. I made this mistake once and heard lounge chairs being dragged around in the middle of the night.

Hi all! We are cruising on October 24 on Freedom in a JS and just noticed that there are many GS for not much more $$ but all on Deck 10. I know the pool is on Deck 11. Has anyone stayed on Deck 10 that can comment on the noise? Thanks for your help!

On the January sail the donuts were free.
When did they start charging. I’ll see when I sail her in September.
We sailed Allure in March, had a wonderful time and enjoyed the free donuts!

We are trying to decide on the regular Blue Lagoon Beach Break, on sale for $70.99 or the VIP adults only on sale for $104.99. This is for our cruise on October 24. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated!

Just received credit for fees, excursions, UDP and dining package for my cancelled 3/15 cruise. WooHoo!!!
-
Our 3/15/20 cruise was cancelled on 3/13 and we have yet to receive a refund for our UDP, DP, excursions or taxes and fees! Thinking seriously of turning the FCC into cash. IMO, this is going to be a long haul before cruises resume

Thanks for the response! We don’t cruise again until late October so maybe they will have their act together by then!🤞
