Can you deposit cash with guest services to create an available balance to use while on the cruise? Yes I know that they hold a credit card number on file but did not want them to use it.

I know that the Vision does not have the cola machines. Do the bars have Sprite free available?

If not we can bring it on board correct?

How can I find out when the Greenland cruises become available to book? we are interested in booking them. If I talk to someone on board ,will they have the info?

On the Grandeur, you can take showers in the gym facility. They have Handicapped showers. Is this available on the Vision?

I heard on the radio this morning that the CDC removed all requirements for travel on cruise lines. They are leaving up to the cruise lines to do what they want.

We are on the Adventure of the Seas in a Jr Suite.  We have never been in  a suite, We are splurging on this trip celebrating several birthdays.

We are thinking about getting suite for an upcoming cruise. Is their a separate line to check in? What are the benefits of being in a suite? Thank you in advance for answering.

We had the 11/21/21 Thanksgiving cruise all set to go, My granddaughter who turns 12 on Nov 12 and because there is not enough time to get the 2nd shot before the cruise we tried to get an exception.

  Carnival cancelled our cruise and did NOT inform us. We found out by accident, still no note e-mail or anything,

We have been refunded the cruise cost but not any extras we had purchased.  Customer was no help at all.

Does the laundry you send out get washed in hot water like some of the other shipping lines?

We called to clarify my granddaughter's status as she turns 12 Nov 9 and the cruise was Nov 21,2021.  She does not have time to get both shots only one. We did not hear anything for about a week so we went online and discovered our cruise was not there. Of course we called and we informed it was cancelled. No notice about it being cancelled or info about a refund or other choice offered. We called 2 more times and they [the person who answered the phone] still don't know if we lost money or not and I am getting nowhere with Carnival. It has been 3 weeks and we still no info or notice from Carnival.

It does happen in the states. I had 2 people I know get different doses. one of each type. They researched it and found out it was okay.

I Sent my passport for renewal  in January for our trip in July. It had only 6 months so I needed it renewed. Haven't received it so went on line.  GUESS WHAT?  They are not processing any passport since December except paid expatiated form January. I have a cruise scheduled on July 5. and don't know if I will have it back. Can you still travel with a birth certificate when you are going to the Caribbean?

You are losing your ability to fight off bugs if you constantly use anti-antibiotic sprays and wipes constantly.

How does a person who can walk some small distance w/o help get from the ship to the pier where the tram is. I understand that a scooter would be bogged down in the sand. I would like to not take it in the sand. Is there a place at the end of the pier you can leave it while you are on the island.

Have him check with Special  Services where he can get discount tickets for all  major theme parks. They do a great job  as a travel agent. They also get special deals available only to active duty military personnel.
