Just seen this topic. I always give a quick spray when feeling low and dream of Azamara. My husband comes home takes seconds before saying Ah Azamara . So distinctive .

Thanks for replies. We usually book suite midships but as none available decided to splurge on this last minute.

After reading cabin 6088 info on Sticky My dreams are thick soot on all our clothes and vibration being like mini earthquake. Glad when I wake up.

All reorganised and ready to go. More exited than we were over the cancelled one I think, maybe because very low after cancel to a new high in less than a week.

Marino44 I did ask before complaining it was not about waiting for numbers as is normal I was clearly informed we could not attend the list was now closed. Linda

WE always attend the M& M would have been at March 3rd cruise one but because of cancellation have now booked the 17th cruise from Hong Kong and been informed we cannot attend Meet & Mingle. Very disappointed.

This post is interesting for us we should have been on Azamara Journey now but because of cancellation :mad: are now booking another cruise :) unfortunately as we are so late booking only suites 6088 and 8088 are available not on 7. Is the vibration from engine noise on 6088 or is it bad from other problem . More decisions :confused:

We have all different types also in uk, we always pay more than standard because a friend was covered for illness abroad but not to fly her and her husband back an experience we learnt from.. We are getting money back for hotels, tours ,sumo wrestling tickets etc so for once we are claiming back . Maybe we can claim for all our time now spent trying to book something else :)

Its funny you saying Antarctic that is one we are looking at because most Azamara only go where we have been. Were you on the Singapore Mumbai last year I seem to remember someone from Harpenden.

I was not meaning its our trip of a lifetime by far, I know for someone it was.

We heard just in time to not leave for the airport and spent yesterday in a daze. We feel Azamara are being fantastic in the speedy way they are trying to help, it was unavoidable for them. Cant believe its really happened some things are a nightmare . We have tried to book elsewhere using our pre arranged days because of work, pet arrangements etc but nothing available. Dont know if to unpack or not .At least with insurance plus AZ we should not be out of pocket

Tried to book another Azamara cruise but travel agent saying we will not be able to use discount unless we book after certificate received 6-8 weeks. But that maybe too late to organise.

We have to think more about some of the people this was their trip of a lifetime not just one of many cruises.

We did Singapore Mumbai Apr/May 2013 on Azamara. If it is any help The best tours we had were organised by Magic of Mumbai also they do Magic of Kerala excellent, and most India places had an office , We had a student took us round Mumbai with this company on Public transport not for some people but we had a wonderful day.(we are not young) Unlike some companies they got into ports easily as well . We did a 5 day trip after the ship Jaipur Agra Delhi. Have4 a great trip. We on Azamara again in 4 weeks.:)

Joined WW again today hoping for loss of 20 lbs I wish !!!!! before next cruise in 6weeks, ,1lb a week will be a good start. Good luck everybody.

No noise problem at all. Except on the deck party night when they were moving furniture back at around 11pm

Balcony had 3 chairs and 1 large table suitable for room service meal all new . glass screen 1. end wall other end

would book again but with hindsight wrong side of ship on this cruise.
