QE saunas are single sex, attached to the locker rooms. I think there is a mixed steam room in the paid section of the spa
From what Rodbarry said in an earlier post, it seems QA has a mixed steam room but it’s mostly guys and towels aren’t mandatory
There is a sign as the steam room is mixed, being " appropriately dressed"

That’s good to hear. I’m usually one of the “non-bathers” guys. You?

Was nudity acceptable or did everyone cover up?
Most people had bathers..not all

Oh, that is a disappointment. Thank you for posting the information.
The free sauna on QV and QE is my favourite relaxing spot on the ship so it’s sad that QA has no equivalent.
Indeed I agree. The steam room only had guys in it when I went

Hello,
I was on Aurora in February a couple of years ago to see the Northern Lights.
Any questions please ask away - ditto Canaries unless you have been before. One piece of advice I would give to start with is NOT to book the ship's night-time excursion to picture the lights as it's a rip-off. I took much better pictures from my cabin's balcony with my camera on a tripod with two remote controls whilst I stayed in the warm, drink in hand. One recommendation - do the Husky sledding - it's a little dear but worth every penny.
I'll be on Aurora in October/November 2023 to the Caribbean.
Regards,
Cublet
Thanks Cublet..not surprised as to your comments re ship's excursions..we try and do private tours if we can and have also heard before that often you can see the lights easily from the ship.

Yes we are interested in trying Fred Olsen as well. Like you Cublet, we think they might take some CMV ships. We loved CMV and the smaller experience, might hunt out some Fred Olsen for 2022
