Chief, I know you guys are in the technical capabilities of the ship, but that's not what's strange.
What I can't seem to figure out is why Enchantment is able to go from galveston to costa maya, then cozumel, and back to galveston this week with no schedule changes.
No letters have gone out or no changes being made to cruises next month, cruises in October & November all going from Galveston to Costa M to Coz.
but suddenly in January a propulsion issue is causing them not to be able to go from Galveston to Costa M. to Cozumel.
If something had failed on the ship wouldn't every cruise to those islands from now to the repair be impacted?
How make you make the exact same trip in October but not in January. That's what I don't understand and find very strange
I’ve seen this type of thing happen before. When you can’t explain what is happening. It’s called, The Carbonaro Effect. The Carbonaro Effect Is also a Hidden, Magic TV Show that we are all on right now! 🤣

The wording is odd. “ Propulsion Pod” I thought Enchantment had old school Propellers with a Shaft. Sounds like Royal needs to start doing some serious preventive maintenance durning dry dock.

On Majesty in 2 weeks and this will be my first diamond cruise. Is this get together just on Empress of the Seas or Fleet wide?

You will have more options and better hotel if you fly into MCO Orlando. But if you have to land at MLB-Orlando Melbourne Intl. airport. I found these for you. Hope this helps. Happy Cruising!!!!

Remember when the talk was about the fuel charge Royal may or may not apply to the fare back in the day😂 Learned a lot about how Royal buys their fuel. FYI- got a single passenger fare on Monarch of the Seas "SO cabin" back in 2010 for a grand total of $276. Happy Sailing!!!!

When I have been lucky to sail in a Suite. I have asked them to reserve a front row Cabana at Coco Cay and if they could ask the Captain for a privet tour of the Bridge. I give them $100 when I meet them and hope things work out. But giving tips is up to you. I really enjoy tours of the bridge and feel the big tip helps 🙂 Happy Sailing!!!

They can only be used during the set Diamond lounge hours.
If you're in the lounge, the drinks are free. So if you look at it like, All you can Drink in the lounge and then leave the lounge for dinner and get 3 more free on the way to the table!!! Happy Sailing!!!!

Need help on which water taxi to take. Not looking at going to Atlantis. But want to get as close to Margaritaville as I can. It looks like Paradise Island Ferry Terminal is right a Margaritaville but have no clue where to go to catch that ferry on the Cruise Port side. Thank You for any help.

Here is my 2 cents. I never pick a cruise around CD's. I don't always remember the good ones I've sailed with. But I can tell you about how bad the shows were with the 2 CD's I didn't like. FYI- I sail a lot of the 4 nighters out of Port Canaveral and Mark Walker (Bing Bong) has been the CD for few of my sailings. I think he makes the shows enjoyable. Happy Sailing!!!!

I've done Stuart Cove a few times. Best place to go if you like to snorkel or scuba. They pick you up at the port and bring you back. 10 out of 10- https://stuartcove.com

There is about a 2 day span where the humidity is at a nice 75% in Dec. the rest of the year it feels like it 150% humid. All jokes aside. The summer will be more humid but the islands have nice breezes and good places to cool down. When the ship is moving I've never warm with the breeze. Happy Sailing!!!!

Billy Baltic- He enjoys being outside. He camps every chance he gets. He puts up a hammock. So when we go on a cruise he enjoys the outdoors. And I enjoy having a bigger bed! FYI- if it is raining, he will sleep inside.

One of my first cruises I took, I thought I would print them the night before we went. I wasn't able to and had to do it at them port. Getting through security took a little bit. Was giving them the wrong cabin number. Who know a 4 not a 5 was that big of a deal 🙂 There was 4 reservation. Only took 10 mins. for all of us at the counter. The agent was real nice also. Happy Sailing!!!!

This isn’t on Allure but I hope this may help. I’ve never stayed in this type of room. But, the big draw to a Junior suite is the double points. Some like more room and others like the double points. I’m the double point type of cruiser. And the most people I have in a cabin is 3. And my brother always sleeps on the balcony 👍 I would look at how much room you need and how many beds will be used.

Hope this helps. YouTube is a get way to see cabins. Happy Cruising!!!!

Yes you can. That is how I do most of my cruise. Happy Sailing!!!

Yes, you can even use 2 cards for the same thing. You have to call up for that. But yes, you can cancel and rebook with a different card. Happy Sailing!!!

Thanks for this information! I will definitely look into these options!
I'm sure thing might change by the time we step off the ship 🙂 And the $20.99 tour is through Royal Caribbean. It was at $29.99 until it went on sail a few days ago. If you think you all might do the tour. Book it now at this price. And cancel if you change your mind. They also have a free Key West city bus called The Duval Loop. https://www.carfreekeywest.com/duval-loop-bus The only problem is if nobody gets off you have to wait for the next bus. I believe they only have 26 seats per bus.

Sept.7th is our sail date, so we are doing the Old Trolley Tour $20.99. The Conch Tour doesn't have as many stops. We are hitting the Light House $12, Southern Most Point, 0 Mile Marker, Key West Cemetery, Kermits Key Lime Pie shop$$$, Sponge Shop, Shell Market, and a lap around the island. It will be formal night so we plan on getting back on the ship around 1530hrs/1600hrs. Hope this helps and Happy Sailing!!!!

Not sure if this helps but every time I step on the ship and I walk past a food venue. They want to sale me a specialty dinner. First time I ate at Chops (was so good) was when I was eating in the windjammer on boarding day and someone asked me if we wanted a BOGO for the first night of the sailing. That was back when they only charge $25 for the dinner. Happy Sailing!!!

Was able to sail on Enchantment in the Royal Suite out of Port Canaveral 2 years ago. We got a e-mail from the concierge, asking when we were planning to arrive. Said about 10:30am. The lady at the check-in walked us to the Suites waiting lounge. The concierge came over to us and asked if we were ready. We walked past everyone and were the first on board. He took all our carry -on bags and said we could go to the cabin when ever because it was ready. All we had to do is let anyone who asked that know we were in the Royal Suite. They treated us really well. twice a day the would surprise us with very nice treats. Champagne, Wine, sushi, Chocolate strawberries. I just wish we could sail in the Royal Suite each time now. It was nice. So to answer you're question- the officer that came to meet us was the concierge himself. Happy Sailing!!!!
