I was on EJ in May for 10 nights Honolulu to Vancouver. I have been on all the premium and luxury lines. Yes, they do still have some growing pains but I can’t wait to sail on EJ again. Fabulous food and service. Most beautiful ship.
They will eventually have six ships so itinerary choices should improve. Cheers, Heather

Jim, the PH suites on the O class ships are about 440sq ft. They feel much more spacious than the Sky suites on X. I believe SS are about 320sq ft.
Not sure about the size on R class ships.- 2

Did they hold the Captains club happy hour in the club a few nights on your cruise?
Also, was the Elite morning breakfast held in Tuscan ? 🥂🛳️ -
We leave for the Edge Alaska cruise August 23rd. I was hoping most of the kids would be back in school by then. So sorry you had low class guests on board.
Do you know who will replace Brent when he goes on holiday break?Really enjoying your review. This will be our 8th cruise to Alaska. We enjoy getting away to a cool weather destination when our temperature is over 100 degrees all summer long.
cheers 🥂- 2

Looking at Alaska cruise for 2025. What are the differences between Muse and Nova ?

Darn Jim, we will board the Regatta on September 26. Just missed you.
Will look forward to your Oceania review.

Hi Lois, nice to see you back. I think you would enjoy EJ, we sure did.
We will be on the Edge in Alaska in August and after that we will be looking forward to another EJ cruise. I know that the crowds on the Edge can be overwhelming.Cheers, Heather

Glad to see you back Lois. We also sail on smaller ships and when we come back to X it is a little overwhelming. The fabulous staff makes up for it.

We loved our Hawaii cruise with Explora and will definitely book another cruise in January or February. I will look forward for more ships to come so more itineraries to choose from.
For us Explora was the perfect fit.- 2

Jim, have you done this package? Does it come with premium beverage package?
We have a SV cabin on the Edge in Alaska and don’t want to give that up but adding this package might work. We are cruising with another couple so we would both need the package. The problem with trying the move up offer to a suite is that one of us might not get the move up. I understand they are two different things. -
I also book aft cabins. We have a SV on the Edge for our Alaska cruise.
If it’s a safety issue then why does Oceania and several other lines have loungers on their extended balcony cabins?- 5

Good question. I am considering a cruise with a friend and wondering about separating the bed.

I am not a travel agent or influencer. We loved our Explora cruise and can’t wait to go again.
We have been on all of the luxury cruise lines and the price range for complimentary wines is usually under $20.
We enjoy collecting wine and drink better wines at home however we can always find something to enjoy.
We have two different couples who cruised with Regent in March and were disappointed in the food and service.
I believe Explora will continue to improve. Cheers, Heather- 5

Off topic but, I had to change my password yesterday and now my past 2.9K posts are gone. Now shows 200 ? Has anyone else had this happen?

We have been disappointed in the food in Luminae on Celebrity. One of the reasons we wanted to try Explora. We thought the food was great.

I posted under Simply More about EJ.
In May I did a 10 day cruise on EJ from Honolulu to Vancouver. Loved it and can’t wait to go back. My new favorite.
