After a lot of years cruising Celebrity exclusively, all of my future cruises are booked on HAL.  The E-class ship design with the IV balconies and loss of any forward view are key reasons why I have left Celebrity.  It was great while it lasted.  See you layer.

We booked e bikes in Napier on Tripadvisor and the gave us maps of different winneries we could visit we had a lovely day.

I was on the Edge in New Zealand and its the same on there as well you cannot access the front of the ship. I did go to the fitness centre but was asked to leave if I was not using the equipemnt.

I have reinstalled the mobile app about a dozen times and it still does not work, I have also been in contact with Celebrity and they have not been able to sort out the issue either. I keep getting a message sayin "Sorry we hit a snag" is anyone else having a problem like this. I am not sure if I am trying to use it too early as I don't sail until March but I don't seem to have a problem when using my laptop.

I CAN sign-in to the app on my iPhone using my email and password but cannot on a web browser on my MacBook or iPad. I've checked that dang password a dozen times and yes, it's correct and it's the same one that I use on the app to sign in.

I have been having the same problem for months but the other way around  I can do anything I want on my laptop but cannot sign in on my phone, I did contact Celebrity they just told me to reinstall the app after 12 attempts I gave up.

I can't wait we sail on her in March around New Zealand

The app show's my sailing, cabin number etc and tells me that check in opens in January but I can't click on anything else it comes up as error that's why I wondering if it's too early to use.

I wanted to book a specialty restaurant but I managed to do that on my laptop as I seem to be able to access more on that than the app.

I have tried signing in online but the Celebrity page won't load and my app keeps coming up as "sorry we have hit a snag" is it worth me just delateing the app and starting all over again or is there an issue at the moment

I agree I do not smoke and have nothing against smokers but I just don't like inside. When we were walking through the ship we could smell it by the casino and we were surprised that Princess allowed it.

We have just come back from 2 weeks in the Caribbean on Emerald Princess our 1st Princess cruise, we were not impressed.

I have to say it was okay the food was mediocre, the buffet was good for breakfast not much else. I think we had a refurbished cabin as it looked brand new. I agree what others has said its nice to have the laundry and the cruise was not expensive and it was going for 14 nights which is great if flying from the UK, but I do not like the smoking in the casino the smell was awful. I cannot fault the staff they worked extremely hard but if I a choice it would be Celebrity.

We went on the ferry to pointe du bout and it was $8 each return.

I have sailed with P&O a few years ago and on formal nights everyone looked amazing all dressed up, do people still do this or have times changed. Has anyone got any pictures of what they do wear.

We were in Aruba a few weeks ago and normally we get the local bus but this time we had a taxi (party bus) $5 and it dropped us by the Rui Palace. We asked the price of 1 umberella and 2 beds and they wanted $75, we decided to walk abit further up the beach and found Marcels Watersports and was met by Sandra and we had beds under a palm tree for $10 she also told us where to get good food and cocktails.

I don't know if anyone can help but our Virgin flight was cancelled form Miami to Heathrow on Friday 17th March. We booked our own hotels and eventually got new flights booked for the following day but I am just wondering if anyone knows why the flight was cancelled and what happened to the flight that supposedly left Heathrow on Friday morning. I do know that friends of mine had problems in Dublin and Amsterdam airports with delayed and cancelled flights.

I just chose my medallions to pick up at the port.

Everything is sorted now and am in the green lane.

I think I will stay on board.
