I'm doing weight watchers. My cruise is June 4. Determined to stay on track as best as I can throughout the cruise. If anyone has any tips that would help please share.

Does anyone know what time the Cedar Grove parking lot start shuttling cruisers to the port?

We're staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in North Charleston. Free parking during the cruise with a one night stay, free shuttle to and from the port and it's a very nice hotel. Wonderful staff!

I haven't either. He'll just have to do without for the 5 days. :-)

Does anyone know if the MDR or room service offers smoothies? My brother is into green smoothies and was wondering if he could get a couple while on our 5 day. Told him I had never heard of it.

How much is the Cheers program per day on Fantasy? If I'm not mistaking it's around $44 per day?

What is the daily price now? I think they changed it this year.

It's on North Forest Drive. Since I'm not familiar with charleston I'm not sure if it's near the outlet or not. And we do want to find a nice restaurant that is not the basic chain that we can go to anytime. Want to experience some of the local restaurants......especially seafood.

Can anyone give me information in the Fairfield Inn in North Charleston? We will be staying there the night before our cruise. We sail on April 26,2014. Any good restaurants or any other places to go close by?

Your hair is very cute in this style.

I had hair that was similar to wet and wavy when we cruised back in May. Have a pic posted here a little further back. The hair was micro nraids around the wdges and tree braids on the inside. Looked like the whole head was micros. I used care free curl gold at night

Just apply a small amount to small sections and braid. Whole head had about 6-8 braids. Would take it loosr in the morning and spray with a little oil sheen. Used a little mousse around the edges. It did get a little frizzy toward the end of the cruise. But I just had it done for the cruise. Usually wear 2 strand twists. Been natural for 3 years.

So is it just the schedule isn't out yet or jas it been confirmed that Carnival will not sail from Norfolk next year? I remember ladt year the schedule came out around the first of June 2012 for this years cruises.

Just got back from my cruise! Here's a formal pic of my hair with the deep twist tree braids with micros around the edges.

Our story is just the opposite. My husband accidently packed the jeans, he was going to wear off the ship, the night before and put the luggage out in the hallway. When he woke up in the morning, he did not have any pants to wear off the ship....:eek: Long story short, a friend of ours went up and down her hall until she found someone with an extra pair of sweatpants. They were a little short and tight, but at least he got off the ship without too much embarrassment.:p We washed and returned them to the owner after we got home. We laugh about it now, but at the time I was a nervous wreck. Now, that is the one thing we make sure to keep out before we set the luggage out in the hall the night before.

Ok. That looks good! I purchased 22 inch. Thinking it may be a little long. But I want to be able to put it up or i n a bmp pony tail. If its too long I can always cut it. I'm excited!! Cant wait to get mine done. Reading your experience with the deep wave hair really made me feel netter about the hair type and style!:)

It is cute! Loooked at a YouTube video showing how this type of hair has to be knotted a special way to prevent it from sliding out.

Here is the style with the fretress deep wave hair 22 inch. Doing mine in 1b.

Ok. Thank you. I saw where you said you wouldn't recommend straight hair for the crochet braids. I got deep wave. Hope its not too straight! :eek:

I tried this style a few months ago and will probably never go back to extensions and weaves. They are easy to maintain even if you frequent the water (pools/ocean). I would suggest bringing xtra hair and hook on you trip for emergencies. I like being able to touch my own hair- moisturize and check my natural hairs health, while keeping it in a protective style. I recommend trying this style prior to travel. This has been a great find-looks good & inexpensive (I do this style myself-just purchase the hair)
