Not trying to sound like a Debbie Downer but the typical pattern with WW is the lose and gain yo-yo. Having lost 80 lbs and kept it off for over 3 years now, I have found setting a daily calorie and macro-nutrient goal and using an app like myfitnesspal to track my intake to be far more effective for the long term.

I lost 80 pounds 3 years ago and have kept it off with exercise and proper nutrition. I love the comment above about making a lifestyle change instead of dieting. With that type of mindset you can't go wrong.
If anyone has any questions or is looking for some guidance I'm happy to help.
Good luck to all.

Havana Bar is a great place to hang out if you want to be inside. Guys Burger is always my first stop but you can't go wrong with Cucina del Capitano either.

We have an early flight arriving in Fort Lauderdale, what is earliest we can board the glory?
We sailed on the 7th. We were at the port by 9:30 and on board between 1130 and noon.
-
Can anyone confirm that this is offered on the Glory? When I went under the activity options for the Glory today on the Carnival website it showed up as "new". I don't remember seeing it there last week, but maybe I overlooked it.
Just off the Glory Saturday and we went to the Seuss at Sea Brunch.

Unfortunately I think this comes with the territory when sailing out of New Orleans this time of year. We sailed January 2014 and we didnt have rough water but the weather was certainly cooler than I would have liked. We had sweatshirts on out on our balcony.

I got it and it did not end there. I would guess that your answer disqualified you for the demographic they were targeting with the survey.
Both parts were very lengthy.

Sailed the Destiny and a year later went on Sunshine and we loved the Sunshine. Would absolutely sail again. Only had a crowding issue one day when it rained right around lunch time on a sea day. I cant imagine any ship in the fleet that would not be crowded at that point.
It is always funny to me that people will trash a boat that they have never been on. So many of the negative posts regarding this ship come from people who have never stepped foot on the Sunshine.
If its a boat and an itinerary you are interested in then you should book it and enjoy your vacation.

Thanks for posting. Doing this cruise in February.
-
The price is per room.
-
I ordered a gift for my mom on her last cruise and it was there waiting for her when she boarded and we boarded in Zone 1.
Dont worry about it to much and enjoy the cruise!
-
We are trying it for the first time this coming February.
We typically cruise with a group and one of the couples is Platinum so we generally just get there early enough to be Zone 1 and then drop our stuff in their room. They're not going this time around and we also have a tender port so we feel like the value is there.
Guess we will know for sure after.
-
We had 4 in a row on 7 in January and they were amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. 2 of the rooms did have a plumbing issue early in the cruise but other than that is was a fantastic cruise.
-
We don't check in. We have done a couple cruises without them and have found its easier for them and for us if we don't call. The kids enjoy their time with grandparents and we enjoy our adult time and we know if something major comes up they have the emergency number to call the ship.

Take an umbrella with you to shade him while waiting.
-
A platinum guest can take 5 friends along with them for priority tendering if you are visiting a tender port but other than that the only people who will benefit from her Platinum status will be those in her cabin.
-
How was the tender process at Grand Cayman? Did it take forever or seem to move pretty quick?
-
waiting for the next block from SWA or Jet Blue. Any estimates??:o
According to SW site "We are currently accepting air reservations through January 4, 2013. On July 9, 2012, we will open our schedule for sale through February 13, 2013. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently."

dont anyone do this! they are breaking down right and left see new posts on golf carts!
We rented two carts from Nathan on Nov 9th and had no problems. Even though the weather was not perfect it was our favorite port. What a great way to see a cool little island!

They typically do not but if you talk to the counselor when you go the first day they may let your youngest go up a group if they show they are mature enough to do so. We had this happen on our last cruise where my son was 11 and his cousin was 12. They are in the same class in school and the counselor was very understanding. Just no that the rule is no and if the counselor decides against it then that is it.
