  1. my wife and i sailed on the Vista in a Havana Suite on May 19th. Towards the end of the cruise i decided to try the shampoo which is in the small bottles on the sink. My wife tried the body wash. We both suffer with allergies so we’re reluctant to try new products. We always bring whatever we’ll need.

I just realized what a nice job the shampoo did for my hair and scalp. It was also virtually unscented which is a big plus. The problem is i did not get the name of the products. So if someone knows the name or will be able to get the name please share with me. Thanks

  2. My wife and I both have some mobility issues. We are going to park at the port. I am aware that we can drop off our luggage on the second level of the garage. I was planning on leaving the wife on the second level with our carry on luggage, parking the car then meeting up with her back at the second level. My understanding is that we then must cross the street to the terminal. We have wheelchair assistance to board the ship. My question is can I drop my wife off in front of the terminal, then go park the car and meet up with her out front or are there impediments which prevents drop offs in front of the terminal. It would be better if only one of us had to make the trek from the parking garage. Plus we would not be dragging our carry ons that far.

    Thanks

  3. My wife an i are going to skip this venue on our upcoming cruise in September due to me being allergic to shell fish. The problem with them cooking your meal first is that you are finished your meal before the rest of your party. We celebrated a birthday for one of my sisters a few years back at a similar restaurant and they cooked my meal at a separate station in the back. I was finished my meal prior to the cook starting for the rest of the party. It was quite boring to sit and watch them enjoy the different courses.

  4. We called "special needs at sea" and were shocked to learn that they wanted to charge $300 for one week rental of an oxygen concentrator. They told us that they did not rent cpap's out of New York. We are driving to the port so we will bring our own medical equipment. As I stated in my initial post we were just trying to lighten our load.

  5. There is a company that specializes in supplying medical needs at sea...they are called Special needs at sea... Google them and they will have prices. You will also need to e mail a form to your wife's Doctor so he can basically release her to utilize those medical products at sea....just a FYI..try to do this before you commit to the cruise because my parents dr wouldn't release them to go and I had to fight with carnival to get our deposit back, even with insurance!

    Thanks.
