they told me you couldnt upgrade free at sea and would have to buy a new plan.

We used the value of our Free at Sea 250 minutes and Latitudes 60 minutes as credit toward the premium unlimited.

I'll be on the Norwegian Getaway on February 11, 2018 which goes to the following ports:

 

Costa Maya - Mexico (private cruise port)

Harvest Caye - Belize (private island)

Roatan - Honduras

Cozumel - Mexico

 

Does anyone have an opinion on which of these ports has the best snorkeling?

Well if you read this what was the outcome after all the great advice?

Splash, Seahorse, and GoSea are all based out of Placencia. There is nothing on Harvest Caye other than NCL activities...and the ferry to Placencia.

 

I am on the Getaway in April. I plan to dive with Splash.
