  1. We have used Park N Cruise many times with no complaints. They are my go to for PC parking.

Anyone have experience with Lots of Hope. My husband is retired Army, I have read they are veterans and donate to a portion to charity. Any input?

  2. That's what I'm afraid of OVER PACKING !!

I don't usually take the quick 3 night cruises either, but this was one of those too good to pass up rates for a weekend getaway with just the husband. We will be celebrating his birthday.

I can pack for a family of 4, 7 night, 2 formals in 30 mins or less, I have my go to pieces. I don't usually cruise in the winter months, I tend to be cold in the dining room and theatres in the summer.

The more I am reading, it looks like the MDR dress code has become more relaxed. We are usually the ones dressed up when everyone else is in jeans.

I thought for this trip, I would try to lighten the load, pack one small bag and go with it.

  3. Thank you all for the reviews. I am debating on booking with Capt Bob. I am the worrier, I just know we will miss the boat back.....

Because of the reviews, I feel so much better booking with Capt Bob and I am looking forward to having the best day of our cruise.

  4. Mitsugirlys- I am enjoying your review. We will be on the Dream for our second time in 16 days !!!

Our first time in 2010 was the cruise you took, we loved it. I will do the cave tube if we take that trip again.

Our next cruise is the other 7 day, going to Virgin Islands. I have never been there. I read your review of Sapphire Beach, this is where I think I want to go. My DS is a snorkle fanatic. He is a water baby much like your little one.

I don't see a Carnival excursion to Sapphire, so we would have to get a taxi. That isn't a problem from the port, but what about leaving, did you have any trouble getting a ride back the port?

Have you been to St Thomas? any reviews for it?

Thanks for your attention to detail ! Love the review.

BTW I purchased the Olympus Tough for my DS for Christmas, can't wait to see what he gets underwater on our trip.
