We did try and tip them. The Diamond Lounge manager came over and stated they will not pour doubles which is a way different experience we've had over the years. The only way they would do it is pour two singles and deliver it to both of us.

Diamond Lounge Drinks.....my husband enjoys having a double scotch when we go to the Diamond Lounge. They refused to serve a double. This was on the Harmony this past March. Has anyone else experienced this?

Anyone just bother to bring on some of your own and pay the corkage? At least you know what you are getting

We just returned from back to back cruises on the Riviera, 10 days in the Caribbean and 14 across the Atlantic to Barcelona. During the course of our trip, my wife felt under the weather and went to the Doctor. He diagnosed her problem as a simple sinus infection and treated her for such. For that, he charged us $1,109.50!

 

Oceania claimed no responsibility for the amount of this charge because it contended that it contracts out the medical services on the trip. So...

That is outrageous. We were on Royal Caribbean Ovation this past February and my husband had to see the ship doctor twice. They charge $135 including meds for first visit and $95 for the second. This should tell you something.

We bought a Smart Scoot in June for my husband and its been a life saver. It gave him mobility when he was very sick. I can actually lift it and put it in our SUV which makes a world of difference. We do plan on taking it on a cruise in September and will let you know how we make out. We do not have a handicap room.

Does anyone out there have any suggestions as far as a cover/bag that we can buy for when we gate check the scooter when flying?
