if I happened to lose my wedding rings, so I leave them at home and opt for nice looking cheap jewelry that way if I drop it in the ocean or someone steals it out of my safe or what ever I am not losing much but the is my own preference, I suffer from wcs (worst case scenario)

so that helps calm my nerves worrying about what if I lost my good rings

but if they don't credit you the difference, then can't you just cancel the carnival one and then book the other company if you want to save money

has anyone been snorkeling there very recently that could tell me if snorkel vests were required so I have time to order them in before our cruise at the end of august. I have seen several pictures online that people are not wearing them at Chankanaab so please help thanks

Pamrose, I think you hit it right on the button..years ago I was in Hawaii..and my ankles swelled till my toes looked like little sausages...I talked to my Dr about it & he said it's actually the salt in the air you breath when you are on or near the ocean. it makes sense..my feet and ankles swell ..not so much since menopause..whenever I visit my Mom who lives in FL.. I also take the cherry suppliment everday but I take the Cherry/tumeric complex one and it really helps with the swelling and pain in my back and knees.

I looked at the silver ones too, but I thought these would go with so much more so I got the black ones, and they are super comfy, I usually wear a size 10 but the 9.5 was just right,

The hotel has a nice continental breakfast that we took advantage of. No since in filling up on hotel food since there is plenty of NOLA cuisine to indulge in.

 

If it isn't too much trouble can you give me some ideas what all is closed on sundays in NOLA we are going to be there on a friday, saturday and sunday before the monday cruise in sept.

Can someone please tell me how this works. Looks like these are items we are recycling to other cruisers just for the cost of shipping right? I live in Canada so shipping to the US or other countries can get expensive.

 

Are there any ladies here that would be interested in dresses in a size 26W or 28W? I've recently lost 87 pounds and still working on it, am down to a size 18W so certainly have no use for the larger clothing any more. If there are interested ladies I'll happily post some pictures.

You don't want to use the Fulton Stree Parking website. They charge an extra day. Also someone posted not to long ago that they wouldn't honor the parking purchsed thorugh that site. Use the New Orleans Parking or the Airport one. That's what the Manager of the garage suggested when i called him.

 

The last time I parked there I left luggage with my clothes from the hotel stay in the car all week. No problem.

how would they not honor parking purchased through their website, and why would the manager tell you to take your car somewhere else

hello I have 221 days until my cruise and my goal is to be down a minimum of 75 pounds, I am doing Body by Vi protein shakes and I am down 10 pounds in 2 weeks, I love this shakes because it is a vanilla cream powder that mixes easy with coconut milk and a litle pineapple juice and ice I am dreaming of sitting on deck sipping pinacoladas. :)

We used park and cruise and all we did was prebooked, and I think we may have had to print a coupon but that was't a big deal. We also used an outdoor lot and it is about a block from the cruise terminal gate, My husband dropped everybody off with the luggage the he went to park and then walked back, no problem. Hope this helped.

WOOHOO!!!!!! We are coming back to Playa Uvas in January!!!!!!!!! I can not wait to get back to a beach chair with my name on it and Kiko serving up a round of cold pina coladas! I am bringing my daughter to meet the Uvas gang-get ready ya all :D She has heard her Dad and I talk about your awesome beach and now gets a chance to enjoy first hand.
