We had a poor butler staying in a DOS and spoke to Patrick about it. And although it was like talking to a potted plant the service did change BUT it was completely awkward the rest of our trip

The Cagneys crew deserved triple the tip. They are the ones who made our trip the most special

we had a really hard time wanting to tip our Butler and Patrick

We loved the suite life but found Patrick to be VERY aloof as stated above and our butler was not good at all and we were in a DOS!!!!!!!!!!!!

she will be checking in with her husband and kids Husband has a different last name

girls and mom have same last name

I just faintly recall there being an issue on a cruise and someone was denied boarding as the didn't have a note from the other parent

For the life if me I can't remember if there is an issue with 1 parent cruising with the kids

mom and kids have same last name- bio father not traveling- mom as sole custody

Mom is re-married but uses the same last name as the kids

Is there an issue??

I am still confused at what drinks will be included. I like the flavored martinis like the pom martinis etc.

Also- If I have 2 cabins and I am booked in one and hubby the other can 1 of us buy the plan?

I like the beer buckets as I love my beer on ice. I guess I can get 1 and 10m later get another and ask for a bucket with ice?

we just sailed in a junior suite and there were no robes.

But the walk in closet that we used as a chaging room was awesome!!

we just got off of the Explorer yesterday. We had a GREAT time. 1st time on RC and best cruise out of 5.

I found the ship to be clean and the staff to be friendly always with smiles.

We loved our dining room duo and looked forward to seeing them each night. Even the bar guy in the dining room was awesome.

Only 2 small things. Our aft JS was FAR but we like to walk and I felt better doing all of that walking as the french frys at the buffet were like crack.

Night-time activites started late. After eating and sunning all day etc we found it impossible to eat dinner at 6 and then wait around till after 10:30pm. I think they should have 1 event earlier. Would have LOVED to check out The Chamber, that place looked so awesome!

5 nights was not enough for me and I can't wait to book a 9 nighter!

We just got off the NCL Star this past Sunday to Bermuda

I just ordered a bottle of vodka yesterday for our July sailing. My PCC didn't mention mixers. We are bringing diet tonic and imagine our Butler can get us limes/lemons.

So sorry for your loss.
