  1. Hi All, On my next cruise I will finally be sapphire status for NCL CAS, just 10 points away. Just wondering aside from what is listed under my status

is there anything else I can get? Do they give any extra credit/play or whatever for reaching the next level.

  2. Hi All,

I received an email to bid on my October sailing on the Escape.  Use to be that once you submitted the bid you could see it on your online account, that is no longer the case for me. I also looked on the NCL app they can't find my reservation, the only way I can look at it is through the original email. Is this the case for everyone or am I experiencing a computer problem?

  3. The official number is 866-234-7350, but I never got to speak to someone after multiple attempts. The message refers you to the online place to submit your claim. Wishing you luck, I am dealing with an overcharge on a recent cruise of over $1200 and submitted a form last week, all I have is a case number and a more expensive bill on my charge

  4. I too got this letter yesterday. Our issue is that I will be traveling with my 94 year old father to cruise Alaska. When making our reservations I repeatedly stressed that my sister and her husband, who is a doctor all need to be on the same flights. It would be almost impossible for me to handle my father in a wheelchair by myself. I just spent an hour and a half trying to clarify this. Our trip is 9/5 and we can cancel our air with no issues until 7/17. I was advised that it is a systems issue and nothing can be done. At one point I suggested that one person from NCL contact someone in the airlines but that too can't be done. I suggested that the cancelation date be after we all had our flight information but that to can't be done.  The flight information comes out anywhere from 30-45 days. They suggested we book our own travel and I told them I already paid for the services as a customer of NCL to avoid and travel concerns and that I do not want to hand out an additional charge for 4 people on my credit card. Find this to be unfair.

  5. Thanks for the replies. I have had some minor vibrations on the aft havens and not a problem. Just seemed to read some threads regarding the vibrations on the Joy being unbearable.

On my cruise the aft cabins are more expensive the the family villas. I love having the wake just outside and love the fact that these aft cabins have 2 bathrooms and a door between 2 areas of sleep. I enjoy early morning coffee without leaving my room and wouldn't have to worry about waking anyone up.

  6. With the changes in NCL Latitudes levels I went in and reviewed my CAS benefits. I was surprised to see no longer do they give the 2 coupons for dinner and think other perks have been changed. Not sure when this happened and wondering if this was along with the changes to latitude benefits?

  7. I tried to get answers for my back to back Alaskan cruise next August. First cruise starts with a 6 day land tour through NCL. If I understand it right I will need to test in Denali, prior to sailing out of Seward. The 2nd cruise will be leaving from Vancover and I think I will be able to test on the ship. Just wondering if anyone has come across this. Not sure if NCL will arrange for testing on the land tour or not?
