STIG OF THE DUMP

I had this problem last month. Phoned & it was fixed a week later. Flash sale came on same as last time & the option to upgrade has vanished again. Emailed them again and they are working on it.No doubt it will be fixed as soon as the flash sale is over...

Worst website ever, I find it slightly better if I use Chrome instead of Safari. Constant msgs that command is too long or the circle just keeps spinning and page never loads. I can never get links on the emails to work either. The website has been like this a long time and They are well aware of the problems but Celebrity seem to have made no progress in sorting it out.

This cruise is in May and I had the upgrade option at 5% as well up to about 3 week ago then it disappeared.. Near the time of the flash sale.. I was able to upgrade my November cruise at 40% discount but no upgrade option at all for the May cruise.. strange..

There is a problem at Celebrity with drinks packages upgrades at the minute. I phoned them and was told it would be sorted in 48 hours but that was over 2 weeks ago - still not sorted. I asked if this was just a problem with my account but she said that its across all cruises and very random as some people can upgrade - She couldn't do it over the phone either as she said the option isn't available on her side either. The lady at the call centre said Celebrity are aware and working on the issue.

Hello I normally get a Moveup email anything up 85 days before sailing although I didn't get one for my Apex sailing on 27/8/23 but when I logged into my account on 2/6/24 the upgrade your stateroom option was there - 85 days before I was due to sail. I really don't think theres any set pattern to it. Enjoy your cruise!

It sometimes takes a few days for it to show on your account after booking.. I have had the same issue in the past.. and even after upgrading my drinks package I still get upgrade offers.If its not there within 5 days of booking maybe give them a call - but I am sure it will be there.

We debarked in Barcelona this year, There was plenty of Taxis outside, right outside the door, I think they costed €40. We got off the ship at 7am with no queues but we could have left from 6.30 onwards. There was plenty of Celebrity buses but from chatting to people at the airport they paid €69pp for the shuttle. I was in 9065 in January and we had no noise at all. The cabin seemed well insulated. Hope you have a lovely Cruise.
