We did a food tour with Wake up Reykjavik (https://wakeupreykjavik.com/tour/the-reykjavik-food-tour) many years ago when we were there for a northern lights trip. It was very good, especially the rye bread ice cream. We went back for more another day.

We just stayed in 8126 on the Getaway. It was very quiet. Our balcony had two loungers, two chairs, and a table. It didn’t feel too crowded.
-
There was no line at Taste last night so I was unable to determine whether there is a problem with reservation/walk up.
-
No hash browns sighted.

Thanks Pete. I’ll check it out when I can see video again.

Day 3. Debating as to whether I need the raincoat. The sun is trying to come out.
If it does clear up we have an opportunity to “spot the station” at 6:23 tonight.- 1

Day 2. Rough seas so we’re suffering a touch of sea sickness. My sister says it’s quiet around the ship.

This is not a live. I’m just returning the favors of other posters who have posted dailies and staff. Cruising with my sister and we’re boring. We don’t drink or party, like early nights and mornings. This is our first time on a bigger ship as we prefer the smaller ones. This is my first time starting a post so I hope I can manage to attach the dailies. Getaway 1.pdf

I have a cruise booked on the Pearl Oct 13-20, 2023. It still shows on a search. It hasn’t been cancelled…yet. I hope it’s not. I’ve had two Pearl cruises cancelled for music cruises.

Thank you. I never thought to update my passport for Global Entry. I was able to update it on line. Glad I found this topic.

Thanks. It works now. The bottom links rarely work for me but that’s probably because I’m not clicking in the right place. I just scroll to the top and use those links.
Great review. Thanks.

Hi Kim
The day 12 link at the top of the page takes me to day 7. Thanks.

Please be careful with your personal information. While I’m not saying any of your friends here on CC would cause any mischief, you’ve given us your full name, approximate age and residence state. With just those little bits of information, I’m sure much more could be found and possibly result in identity theft.

Thank you. I was logged in to my NCL account. I think I'm getting a deal being charged $273 for a 14 day cruise if I purchase in advance. That's only $19.50/day.
-
I’m looking at the available plans for a 14 day cruise and I’m a bit confused. For the social media plan it appears that the price is complete for the entire trip. For the Unlimited wifi and Premium unlimited wifi it appears they are pricing at $273 and $331 PER DAY, respectively, so 14 days times $273 ($3,822) or 14 day times $331 ($4,634) for internet use. Is this correct? I’ve included information from the NCL site below. Thank you for any insight you can provide.
The unlimited social media wifi plan - unlimited use throughout the cruise – save up to 15% when booking online. Need to Know: • Price displayed [$162.50] is based on daily rate per length of cruise days. • Can be used only on one device at a time. • This package does not include email access or web browsing.
Unlimited wifi package – unlimited use throughout the cruise | save up to 15% when booking online. Need to Know: Price displayed [$273] is per day use. Total cruise rate will be calculated based on the number of cruise days. • Can be used only on one device at a time.
Unlimited premium wifi package - unlimited use throughout the cruise – save up to 15% when booking online. Need to know: Price displayed [$331] is per day use. Total cruise rate will be calculated based on the number of cruise days. • Can be used only on one device at a time. • Please note that some on demand content may not available. • Live streaming channels are based on your subscription package and location.

Can the king bed in the ES be separated into two beds?
-
Thanks. I just want to cross it, even if it's just a quick over and back.

Does any know if the Hawaii & French Polynesia from Honolulu cruise actually crosses the International Date Line? It's hard to tell from the little map when I compare it on Googlemaps. Thanks.

Hot tub in 8201 is fixed. And, since it was fixed, NCL was apologetic but took back the $400 OBC they had offered. I’m not upset about that. The hot tub is fixed. Hope it stays that way.
-
8201 and we got $400 OBC.

Sailing Monday, 2/19/2018. Hot tub is still not working.

I was probably a little early but I booked March 2019 in September 2017. Oddly, the first time I tried, probably when I actually booked the cruise in July 2017, there was no availability. I figured I'd try again a few months later and it worked!

I did Jayleen’s whale watch in Juneau last July. It was wonderful.
