No. You paid for a massage. You did not pay for the thermal suite. Why would you expect them for free?

 

When you go for an oil change, do you expect a fill-up of gasoline for free?

When you book any spa service you are able to use the thermal suite that day.

We were on Epic, Jewel, Breakaway and Gem and we loved the Gem! I was worried too, but we were so happy with everything on that cruise...Enjoy!!

For second cruise we flew in the day of departure. Airline lost my luggage and I had to wait until second port to get it....I will never fly in the same day again.

We wanted a Jr. Suite but the price difference was just to great and 12 days seemed more important then the cabin. The photo of your cabin is making me re-think our choice :) Thanks again, we are so looking forward to this cruise.

We have booked a balcony on Anthem this fall on deck 9. Can anyone who has sailed on Anthem let me know if they have been on deck 9 and if it is a good deck, quiet, good views from balcony, etc. We have been on other lines and usually get higher decks but this was all that was available. We will be sailing in October on Anthem of the Seas out of Cape Liberty, NJ. We will be staying over near LaGuardia Airport the night before. Can anyone give me an idea on the cost to get from hotel near LaGuardia to Cape Liberty? Also if you have any suggestions on who to call for transportation would be very much appreciated.
