Just to update, now on the ship with my candles! I did point them out to security and was told they would be fine, no questions asked after that!
Thanks for the help guys

Thanks, both! I’ll put them in carry on and be upfront about it at check-in. Fingers crossed!

So I’ve made a bit of an error...I bought candles from Bath & Body Works yesterday to take home with me. I’m boarding the NCL Breakaway today and completely didn’t think about candles not being allowed on board. I have no intention of lighting them on the ship.
What will happen to them? Will they confiscate and give me back at end of cruise?

Just a reminder that it's against CC rules to name travel agents. And don't forget you won't be covered by ABTA if you use a US agent.
:)
Oops, sorry, didn't realise it was against the rules! I'll stick to good old Google then...thanks :)

Long time no post...we're looking at a cruise on the NCL Breakaway in November and I was wondering if there was any US based travel agents I should check out before taking the plunge and booking?
Thanks!

Thanks all. Just pricing up at the moment so will look into the options mentioned :)

Renting a car is your best bet. There are no one way drop off charges in FL and you can easily connect to the Trpke from DW. Look at car rentals with agencies in downtown Miami, like Budget. Closer to cruise port.
Thanks, not ruling it out just wondered if there were other options.

I am toying (well trying to persuade the other half ;)) with doing a week at Disney (we've been a few times before) followed by a Caribbean cruise for my 30th next year. Having looked at my dates I've narrowed it down to a cruise on the NCL Escape from Miami.
We have cruised before but not from Miami which I understand is about 4 hours drive from Disney. I know internal flights between Orlando and Miami are an option but are there any other affordable options other than renting a car?
NCL to Cuba in September/October 2019?

Apologies if this has been asked before but are NCL likely to offer any itineraries to Cuba from Florida in September or October 2019?
I can’t see anything to Cuba during that time period.
